Our server was very sweet and took very good care of us! And you are from out of town so it was nice to sit down and enjoy a nice breakfast a llittle outside of Salt Lake.

I would give less stars if I could. Loud music from the kitchen played over atmosphere music.
Waitress was extremely kind, but the food was not good.
The eggs Benedict came out refrigerator-cold, sent back and it came back microwaved to rubber, completely inedible. Chicken Florentine Crepe was burnt black. Disappointed but ate what we could. Tipped the waitress for her kindness and left hungry.

Absolutely terrible service!!!
We came for a late dinner with friends and had one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve had. Our waitress barely checked on us the entire time. We had to ask for drink refills and she repeatedly mixed up who ordered what. The biggest issue came when we asked for the check. We ended up waiting around 40 minutes just to get it. During that time we asked another staff member for help and were told our waitress would come “shortly.” We even got up from our table and walked around looking for her ourselves and still couldn’t find her. We were stuck waiting from 11:45 PM until 12:30 AM just trying to pay and leave. There were a handful of tables with people dining, but nowhere near enough to justify this kind of service. There were several waitresses already attending those tables, so the restaurant clearly wasn’t overwhelmed. When she finally brought the check, she claimed they were “busy,” which simply wasn’t true. To make it worse, she had already selected a 20% tip despite providing some of the worst service we’ve experienced. Completely unacceptable. We will never return to this location and would strongly advise others to avoid it unless you’re prepared to sit around for nearly an hour just trying to pay your bill.

What an absolute joke.
We went there for National Pancake Day because they advertised “free pancakes” in their app. Fine. Cool. But the experience completely ruined it.
After we finished, the waitress straight up demanded a cash tip. Not asked — demanded. She stood there giving me a look like I owed her money. I didn’t have cash, so I offered to leave a tip on my credit card. She refused and got rude about it.
If you’re going to promote “free” food, don’t make customers feel pressured or shaken down afterward. The attitude was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
Never coming back.

Great service and food! Although our server was relatively new, she did an amazing job of taking care of us. I love the cleanliness of this IHOP. And the food is always cooked perfectly. Thank you so much!

National Pancake Day…that you promote and you have one waitress working? Whoever is managing this location has no clue what they are doing. One woman to take care of 13 tables? We never got water, I never got my coffee, it took 40 minutes to get our two stacks of pancakes and hashbrowns, and when we got them, they were so cold that the butter wouldn’t even melt. When she finally made her way around to give us our check, she charged me for the coffee that I never received and when I asked her to take it off she said “it will be a while because my manager isn’t here”. I left cash to cover the food tha we did get, and left. Absolutely horrible management. I would not recommend this place at all

We were treated very well and the food was great! Our server was very attentive and we appreciated that. I had the best omelet there! The only complaint was the music. It was loud and obnoxious. Maybe back it down a little so those who have a different taste in music choices can tolerate it a little better. I would definitely recommend dining here!

when we had first arrived there was a bit of a wait before we had gotten our seats. the food took a bit longer then expected but our server Will was great. He was very polite and friendly. we never ran out of liquids because he was always on top of it! he made sure to grab everything we needed for us to be able to enjoy our meal and honestly he made the whole experience worth it, I rate 10/10 and will most definitely be coming back in the future. THE BEST

Today, Thursday 05/01, I went out to eat with some friends, and I was extremely disappointed by the experience. We waited around 30 minutes before the waitress (pink hair, green shirt) even acknowledged us, when she finally came by, she just dropped off water without a word. No greeting, no explanation, nothing. We’ve visited this place several times before and never had an issue, but this was beyond unacceptable. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and frankly, I’m shocked that someone like that represents your team. This experience completely ruined what should have been a pleasant outing. I truly hope this is taken seriously and that something is done to make up for it, because this kind of service deserves more than just an apology.
