I’d say I’d be back but I was just driving through town; a memory I will hold.
I got the big plate and there was a ton of food. Enough likely for breakfast and lunch for me afterwards. It was good at potatoes were incredible, mac and cheese had a hint of spice I believe it was paprika and really good too. The meat was perfect, not too fatty and not over smoked. A+.

Second time trying Dukes! Both have been for takeout though so it’s not the same experience as eating it right away. Got the brisket and chicken and both were great (tender and good flavour), the BBQ sauce was really flavourful as well.
Placed the order online and was ready a bit earlier than the estimated time.
There’s plenty of seating inside and the decor looks really cool. Would definitely try to eat here next time (too bad they’re closed on Sundays!)

Absolutely fantastic. Brisket was cooked perfectly. Bourbon sauce was amazing. Homemade green beans. Worst thing was the bread but it came with the meal. 3% upcharge for credit card and +$2 for double beef. Outdoor seating and picnic tables. Good quantity for price

They charge extra for oil saturated salty fries. Paid $4 for fries , $2 for a drink, then $20 for the meal. It’s about $30 per person the fries are not eatable

Our favorite restaurant in the Wentzville hands down!
Incredible bbq, the staff is so nice, great family feel and a really delicious menu selection you don’t see at most bbq places.
Dukes also regularly caters for our family at events which everyone loves.

We looked for a BBQ/Smokehouse on our way down to FL in our stop location. We selected Dukes as it was easy on off the highway. We are so glad we did!!
Absolute perfect choice for hungry travelers! We got 2- #1’s, a #2 and a Dukes rueben w/fries. All were so good!! Ya have to try the sticky beans, Gouda potatoes and the coleslaw (my favorite).
We had pulled chicken, pulled pork, ribs and brisket with Texas toast and 2 sides. Filled us all up! Even the rueben eater was happy and not a BBQ/Smoke fan!!
If you’re nearby, don’t hesitate to stop! You will not be disappointed!!

This was a unique and cool place to eat at. Loved the unusual decor. Service at the front counter was friendly and helpful. The music being played went along with the theme. They both wanted to take you back in time to at least the 1930’s to 1940’s . We just really enjoyed the whole experience. They have carry out, dining there and we also seen a catering truck. The food was delicious. We had the pulled pork and beef. It was so tender and seasoned well. The fries were great. My daughter had these potatoes covered in a white cheese that she said was a winner and she would get those anytime she goes back.

Attended a birthday party here on 1-30-26. First timer and the food was pretty darn good. Service was awesome and staff made all happy and comfortable.
We didn’t have to have a cake or candles for excitement. My Navy brothers van sustained smoke damage from an item catching on fire.
The staff quickly came to the aid with a bucket brigade and hose. Fire and police arrived and all worked out well. I commend and send kudos to all staff.
Friendly tip!. Do not leave egg cartons in your vehicle. We discovered they may spontaneously combust. Look it up on Google
