Went through drive thru. Asked what color pumpkins they had for Happy Meals. The guy said all colors so we asked for a green and a white one. We’ll get up to window and he hands us 2 orange pumpkins. They knew nothing of the green or white. Being we touched the pumpkins they couldn’t replace with the colors we requested.

The initial cashier told me my food was going to be within a dollar of the same price as the meal deal. It was 3 dollars more. When I asked to speak to a manager, the lady I spoke to was unbelievably rude and arrogant, correcting me and yelling at me to lower my tone while I spoke in a very passive manner. She was extremely condescending while pretending to be dumb and not understand my very basic request and I cannot believe that she has a job. Shame on this company for employing her, and I hope she can correct her vile and disgusting behavior at some point in the future.

They wouldn’t let us cash in a coupon to bring an ice cream cone home for my nephew. The nuggets were cold and tasted like the oil needed to be changed. The fries were cold and we ordered them with no salt. They didn’t make our burger correct either. Very disappointed in the restaurant all together.

When they brought us our food they forgot our drinks, as well as the sauce for our chicken nuggets,and they forgot my sons happy meal. When I went to the counter they wanted to see the receipt but when I ordered at the kiosk it didn’t print me a receipt as it was out of paper. The floor was also very sticky. Not the 1st time I’ve stopped here and the floor is always sticky. Will not be back. Also as we were leaving my daughter and her friend used the woman’s bathroom, the toilets were all clogged with toilet paper clogged with blood. DISGUSTING!

I stopped at this mcdonald’s today on my way home and the service was horrible, they did not say a word to me, as i went through the drive through did not say to have a great day and at both windows, both people just slammed the windows shut and said nothing. The food was old and on top of it, the whip cream given to me on my carmel frappe was pink and had no carmel drizzle on the top. This was actually horrible and the worse service.

I’m not sure why I haven’t started physically checking my to go orders. Never fails. Another sandwich made incorrectly. I don’t mind the mistakes it happens. But when it’s always McDonalds making those mistakes I’m not sure why I bother. Ordered and paid for a quarter pounder with cheese and got a hamburger with just ketchup. How hard is it to read the screen. Also they were extremely slow. I was one of maybe 3 people in the restaurant and it took them 20 minutes to put it together. Lame!

More often than not you get the wrong order. Like today, we had missing food and incorrect drinks. It’s a common occurrence here. Teenagers howling so loudly you can hear them through the shut window drinks spilling on you because they’re too busy gossiping to watch what they’re doing. I would advise anyone to choose ANY other place to stop.
