We walked in and weren’t even properly greeted by the hostess. She was huffing and puffing the entire way, and was extremely rude. Our server was good at first and was very kind when he took our order. However, when we got our food, my steak was extremely undercooked and was the worst cut of steak I have ever seen in my life. It was like a McDonald’s patty type of cut and even those are better than whatever this was. After our food was delivered, our server never ONCE checked on us to see how the food was. He came back around 30 minutes later and just handed us the checks and told us whenever we were ready, and at this point, we didn’t even want to be there any more, so we set our cards down and waited. He came back immediately, which is quicker than he has the entire time, and took our cards. He brought them back and walked away, never once asking if we needed to-go boxes, to-go drinks, or if anything was wrong with our food. Our plates were completely untouched, which should have been a red flag, but obviously he and nobody else inside really cared. Worst experience I have had in a really long time, and I expected a lot more out of Logan’s.

I honestly don’t understand how this place is still open for business because the management and service are just as terrible as they were 10 years ago. We had a party of about 15 people for my daughter’s graduation dinner, and they only assigned one waitress to our table. She appeared to be fairly new and clearly overwhelmed.
The poor girl even forgot to take my order, and when it was mentioned, the waiter acted as if it was an inconvenience. At that point, I decided not to order anything. I don’t like spending my money at any establishment where I’m made to feel like an inconvenience.
We were there for approximately three hours, and not a single manager stopped by to greet our party or check on how things were going. No one stepped in to help the waitress either.
To make matters worse, gratuity was already automatically included in the check, which made the experience even more frustrating. A large party should come with better service and management presence, not less.

I love this place!! Me and my best friend try to eat here on a regular because it’s always good!! Tonight was especially Awesome because we had Avery as our server! She did an Amazing job and anticipated our every need! Thanks so much for a great night and delicious food!!

So far we have watched workers walk around for 30 minutes before my wife had to get someone to come take our order service is extremely slow with hardly anyone here to eat the waiter didn’t even bother to take up the menus after we ordered waiter returned to ask if we needed anything and we still have yet to receive any food not sure if they are getting proper training to how to wait on people if anything he should have let us know our food would would be out shortly but that’s to be know it seems the workers tend to stay in the back instead of active with the customers we been here an hour and still no food the customers behind us had to yell for someone to bring them Togo boxes of there is a manager for this place they are nonexistent again we got asked can we get anything before our food has arrived which is extremely odd we can see why this place is empty the fries are cold burger is ok it had a little heat from the grill this will not be a future stop for us on our trips much help needed for this location

My wife and I stopped by there and this is not a steakhouse. Only one steak with the bone in. A steak is not a steak without a bone. We walked in my wife and I both have a problem with stairs. They first wanted to seat us where we had to climb stairs and they got pissy because we said no. Then the server we had just had an attitude and hovered our table. Finally I had enough and just left without eating. It was terrible! I paid for our drinks and the server didn’t bring my change back. Just took it

Yas was amazing and so was the food and atmosphere!! I love me some Logan’s roadhouse! My friends and I went tonight after being iced in for 3 days straight. Yas took such great care of us and kept us served the entire time. I highly recommend this place always!!

I had the worst experience. The drink didn’t taste like it should have. The food was cold,the ribs I ordered was dry, the chicken stripes were dry & hard & the fries were lil warm. They redid it but it still was unacceptable. I left all it on the table. Will not be going backWe had waited an hour for the food also & that was the results. Wasted time & money.

My first time eating here and I enjoyed it the food was good I bit cheaper that than Texas road house but almost as good the restaurant was clean the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly. My mom felled and they went out of there way to insure that she was alright. They even paid for our meal the owner even called the next day to see if my mom needed anything I felt like this was a very touching thing that they did will be going back good food great service
