We just came here and 2 of our orders were wrong by a simple missing sausage patty. When we told them, they asked for the food back which we tried to do but one of the sandwiches fell which the girl told us not to worry and she would replace the items. We then were told she had to have the food back to fix it which we now didnt have because it was thrown in the trash. The girl who refused to even tell us her name or job role refused to remake the food or issue a refund. She then added up some cash that came from.some small lock box and threw it at me and refused to give me a receipt showing a refund. When I asked for a contact number or email I was told NO

I hate that it’s always a hit or miss! Today was a miss for sure!!!!! I ordered my burger with no onions there was onions, my chicken sandwich ok, my large drink easy ice was full of ice so hardly any soda, but what really grinded my gears was I paid for large fry and it was this empty! I ordered through uber eats but they said they couldn’t refund me.

They can’t seem to get syrup right. Everytime i order drinks here(THE STAPLE OF SONIC) they taste like absolute dogwater. Its just syrup with soda added. Its only like 2 to 4 pumps.

We ordered 1 slush and 4 ice waters and sat out side for 25 minutes waiting on our order. We watched as every one was served and not one person looked are way. We got out to check on the ordered and waited another 5 minutes for someone to come to the door to see what the problem was. Pulled up at 7:50 pulled out at 8:16.

Rudest sonic ever . It was just a of kids being rude on the mic and I can’t even finish my order on the mic when she kept interrupting me . She even thought it was funny to say no when I asked for an item like what kind of establishment is this . Sonic do better like for real I spent 40 dollars there and the food also all come out bad and burnt like why I never been to an establishment that poorly ran. The girl that helped me her name was amayah in stall 5 it said on the receipt please don’t hire people like her that treat people so bad bc I promise neither or my family ever going there

Hours are wrong. Says they open at 6 am, was there at 6:40am for breakfast because I needed to travel far. Lights were not even on, didn’t see anyone, not even a car. 1 star because I couldn’t even get food to review in the first place. This place wasted my gas and time just to not even do their part.
