I pulled up to sonic tonight at about 9:45 pm , I was told the system was down, and others were being served even after told the system was down. I waited about 20 to 30 minutes and noticed people were ordering through the drive-through so I proceeded to go through the drive-through and the lady on the mic/ car hopping Was very rude. When I was trying to understand the order, she made a big deal about not knowing it. My food was sloppy and it looked like it was true together by a five-year-old

Just moved into town little over a month ago. Stopped here twice and both times the eats were good and the service was great. Very friendly staff. I didn’t stay and eat either time, but I’m sure sometime in the future it will happen. Lol
Stopped after a day of errands and decided on a coney dog.
When the server started handing me my order, I realized that it was a footlocker chilli coney and it took everything for me not to giggle.
I didn’t have the heart to tell her the order was wrong.
No worries at all, iy gave me a good chuckle for the day.
Just a little more chili next time.

I just waited over 10 minutes at the drive through for them to take my order. And no one responded or came on to help me. But they were walking and bringing orders to cars in the stalls.
I even tried calling them and no one pick up. So I left messages for them which in turns go straight to management. This isn’t the first time that this has happened to me. So u will be reaching out to the district and regional managers about the issues I’ve been having with the sonic in Clanton Al.

I gave Sonic 2 stars because I came around 2:45 p.m. they had six people in the Drive-Thru so I decided to go into a stall where I sat for 14 minutes waiting on one strawberry Coke. While in the meantime there were people taking people in the Drive-Thru just drinks and letting them go Sonic you got to do better it seems to be a problem on the wait time other than that the drink was good except it was more strawberry than it was coke

Don’t ever eat at this Sonic because all they have running it is a bunch of young inexperienced kids that don’t have a clue to what good food is. I went and got a foot long chili dog and it was so cold and the hot dog itself was like eating a piece of rubber I took 1 bite and had to drive all the way back down there so I could get my money back. It just ruined my appetite. Won’t ever go back because it sucked

My mediun buffalo sauced jumbo popcorn chicken… theres no chicken; I sent my coworker to get me this and they didn’t even give her a receipt, they said yah we can grt it for you but then took forever to come back with the receipt.
And then corporate says to escalate this… but last time I had to complain about something they didn’t respond either. So just don’t buy food here lol.
