Yesterday I put in an online order and went inside to buy a separate bag of chips. When waiting in line I saw the bowls and burritos filled to the brim so I expected mine would be the same. Instead when I got home I had genuinely the smallest amount I’ve ever seen qdoba give out. This has happened now a couple times when I’ve ordered online and I thought it was a fluke or a change in standards but yesterday was a crazy amount too little to not say anything. For $12 I shouldn’t still be hungry I hope there can be a conversation with the catering side of things that fulfills the online orders. Until things are righted I won’t be dining at qdoba again.

My friend ordered a bowl today with a shell bowl. The shell was not cooked properly. It is doughy and soft. We are working and cannot leave to get a replacement meal. We sent one worker to get everyone’s orders. She called back to let them know and a man answered who claimed to be the manager on 12/6/25 at 1:00 pm. He argued with her and said it didn’t matter if the shell is uncooked because it is, “complimentary,” and accused her of trying to get a free meal. She’s entitled to the meal she paid for. I love Qdoba and so does everyone at work, but we can’t patronize a place that disrespects customers.

Stopped here about an hour ago, got two bowls and a quesadilla and a milk for my son.
Got home (hour and a half away.) and went to give my son his milk. It was a month and 11 days expired. Today’s date is 9/12. The milk expired 8/1. (See photo)
If the milk is expired. What else aren’t they rotating or making sure isn’t expired by a month.
Gave them a call just now and talk with someone. They apologized but they seemed uninterested about the issue. I asked if they could just refund the milk on the order. They said uhh probably not but let me see. Put me on hold for about 2 minutes. Then I got hung up on and now I am writing this review.
Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
I gave service 4 stars because it wasn’t horrible. But wasn’t amazing.
Gave Atmosphere a 3 because I didn’t go in. My room mate did so can’t judge that.
Food and overall 1 star because expired food is bad. Especially feeding a 3 almost 4 year old.

First off they delivered the wrong order. The doorsash driver said too bad and drove off. Then we called non stop and no one would answer. Had to drive and get our correct order and it was wrong. Bowl said NO. Beans and it had beans. The guacamole came with like 10 chips. Overall worst experience I’ve ever had with qdoba.

Whoever the girl is who answered the phone SMART MOUTH & RUDE lbvs I placed a order and they tell me to call asap if I have any requests so I called 15 times I have on my phone log when the girl answered she already had a atittude then I told her I placed a order and was told to call bc I wanted my shell left out she was rude took a deep breath and was like “name” I told her she said they started my order so I asked if I could get a extra on side since I been calling she was rude with her response this is t the 1st or 2nd time they been rude on the phone! But I didn’t tell you to work in customer service

Queso was a little off tonight. My Quesadilla was a little dry. Definitely not the Qdoba that I had a few months ago. But my company was amazing!!!

I thought the food here was great. It tasted fresh and definitely made that same day!! I’ll definitely be returning. I got a steak bowl and loaded it up with Veggies, Rice, Chipotle Sauce, Queso, Guacamole, and Cheese and topped it off with Sour Cream and Tortilla Chips.
P.S. Note to self: Don’t over pack it with too many things. It takes away from the rice and meat. Next time, get smaller dip containers of things you want to try do it doesn’t take away from the meal.
