Restaurant was clean. Service was great. Price of food was phenomenal. One of the cheapest meals I had in a long time. Food was good (no complaints although I wouldn’t say it was one of the best meals I ever had) Loved the outdoor seating. Really great for this time of year.

Great small town restaurant. Philly cheese steak and grilled cheese were great. Mom LOVED her chicken soup. 5/5 stars. Alicia our waitress did a great job!

We’ve driven by Kosta’s Kitchen a few times without stopping to try. Today, we stopped. Pleasantly surprised! We ordered the vegetable omelet. Much better than other’s that I’ve tried. Great combination of vege’s for great flavor and texture. Also, my friend stated that grits were perfect. Michelle was our server. She is friendly. Great food and service! Nice eating space too. Explains why the parking lot is full.

Most of the glowing reviews are from the last year when they still had Kosta’s menu. Well, they don’t anymore, at least not breakfast. We went for dinner and the place was freezing. We ate wearing our coats, and some of the staff were wearing theirs as well. Salads came out about 2 minutes before entree, not nearly enough time prior to entree. We had to ask for napkins.

The food was okay, but probably 40% more than what you would expect to pay for a diner. If they are aiming for more upscale, they missed. Judging by the low number of diners, I am guessing the community agrees.

Since the place is owned by the same owner as Eggs Up Grill, I was expecting a much better dining experience. It was kind of amateurish, almost like a family bought it and said let’s give it a try. The staff was friendly enough, but honestly I do not see how they make a go of it. I give them a year at most, unless significant changes are made.

Edit: If this was inaccurate, you would be open in the in the mornings serving breakfast. But you are not.The last review besides mine shows breakfast. Therefore the good reviews are from a diner that does not serve breakfast anymore.

Decided to try this place out it’s a Sunday, and they were pretty busy. We got seated fast and within 2 mins, we had two different servers. The food was good. I got the rise & shine, 3 eggs, grits, and sausage patties with biscuits & gravy. Everything was a little bland. The servers were friendly but very forgetful. We ate the entire time without anyone checking up on us in the hall. The server noticed we didn’t have any napkins but never came back. Maybe get it to go.

My partner got sausage links that were barely cooked. The pancakes were burnt on one side. The home fries were burnt as well. So beware

Biscuits and gravy were so bland and definitely not scratch made. English muffin was soggy. Service was good and the restaurant itself is comfortable.
$32 for breakfast with my husband and son seemed wild for the low quality food served….

It’s no wonder why Kosta’s is always packed, it’s great!

Even though it was very busy on my visit, the service was great.

I had breakfast. Ordered the rise an shine, which is 3 eggs, grits, sausage, and 2 biscuits and gravy! Quite the meal! I saw they have corned beef hash as a side order.
Being that’s one of my favorites I had to try it. It was cooked just right, crispy on the outside, and potato chunks just the right size inside!

Look forward to my next visit

We had both breakfast and lunch here on different days, and we absolutely loved it! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was amazing. We were especially lucky to be served by the friendliest and most cheerful waitress — she truly made our experience even more enjoyable. A perfect spot for starting your day or enjoying a nice lunch. We’ll definitely be coming back!
