late entry since I just found my note from last month to remind me to do this-Christina happened to be behind the counter when I went in was very helpful by simply letting me know that my small fries would only be $1 if I ordered something else on the McValue menu so I got nuggets too. Other times I’ve stopped by because I work odd hours and I’ve used the fairly nice bathroom several times or saw an employee helping a lady with her kids in the play place. It’s nice to see that a “fast food place” can still be a Fast Food Restaurant. Very glad that my stay in Florence included trips to this clean and efficient location with a good staff

Some of the employees are great… others not so much. Service has done down recently. Can’t even get a beverage without it being the wrong drink or completely flat.

This McDonald’s is your kind of place. At the Beach. Without cause or reason. Just to exist is the reason for the season. Summer Comes. Summer will soon be rising. Grab yourself a Big Mac, well structured and manicured. Somebody else made my brother’s. It was fall apart danger mode. Give us some consistency my brother.

Ordered two steak and cheese bagels. I had my mouth set for one. This isn’t the same. When they first came out. They were so delicious, the steak was delicious. The steak cheese breakfast bagel have gone way down in flavor. I don’t know why that steak now McDonald’s serve was over salted. A ton of grease. The flavor made me gag.

The worst McDonald ever. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two hasbrowns. I don’t know why the lady at the counter took forever to take orders. And waited another 10minutes to get my food. I won’t ever stop here. The worst service.

Well run, friendly staff and food better than most I have experienced in Oregon. Items were cooked correctly, fresh. and not stale and soggy like some locations. Chicken sandwich was hot, crisp breading and actually had nice amount of mayo on it, like one would prepare at home. The fries, a quality measure in any fast food restaurant, were fresh and had just the right amount of crisp and were not cooked in old sad oil.

I can not remember the last time I saw a food server that didn’t wear gloves. I stood in the lobby and watched this young man first touch a girl‘s hair and then her face and then with his hands he opened the little paper container that your french fries go in. When he put my food in the sack, he stood there for three or four more minutes and talk to this girl and another lady that I took to be the manager. I also told the girl who took my order that the ladies room was out of toilet paper, she acknowledged what I said and then turned around and finished mopping the lobby floor, so she didn’t tell anyone.

Love Florence McDonald’s! They forgot a sandwich so I called and the gentleman offered to bring it to me, my 80 something mother was so excited. Everytime we go out she wants McDonald’s! Even got some extra goodies, thanks!
