This was my 1st time going inside. I decided to order from kiosk since the young man was too busy cleaning. I received my food and it was poorly made. I ordered the 3 hard shell tacos with a drink. One of the tacos was decently made while the other two barely had anything on them. I took pictures of them.

Waited almost an entire hour in the taco bell line just to be given the wrong thing twice. First they gave me a taco if you could even call it that that was completely crushed and literally wet and soggy. We asked a worker if he could change it out and he said nope lobby’s closed and told us we had to go back thru the drive thru. Waited another thirty minutes just to get another broken taco with no sour cream. I ordered a doritos locos taco supreme. They were also extremely rude to me throughout the entire interaction even before i mention the taco was destroyed.

Taco Bell in Wichita continues to disappoint. Went through the drive thru at 8pm on a Tuesday night. No one in the line, and noticed the cashier hanging out of the window as we pulled in. Ordered 2 drinks, 11 food items, and finished the order with requesting fire and hot sauce. Got the order and they did not put sauce in, so we had to request that. Then the line had 4 additional cars behind us, didn’t have time to check the bag/order. Got home, and of course, a food item is missing! Call them, and they seriously have nothing to offer except for you to inconvenience yourself to go all the way back to pick up your order (or save for another day). Absolutely ridiculous. There’s no professionalism (yes, I know it’s fast food) or even the slightest gesture to apologize for their mistakes. It’s definitely the food that keeps me going on rare occasions now, not the service.

I have tried to place an order thru the app three times. Three times is authorized the amount in my bank account and no order placed. The location won’t answer the phone, and I can’t use your online form because THERE’S NO ORDER NUMBER because it wouldn’t place the order. Your customer service line is closed FOR THE WEEKEND?! Someone should be available all of the hours the so is able to be used.

I got chips and cheese and i didn’t get chips, what i got was a bag full of crumbs, my tacos had what looked like 5 strands of lettuce, it was beyond skimpy. Moving locations definitely did not change the way this taco bell serves their customers. I thought giving them a try at their new location would make a difference, nope, it sure didn’t. So sad that they cant even get it right with just myself in the drive thru cuz they definitely werent busy

The staff here is as rude and hateful as it gets. Can’t be bothered to say a single word to you or even look at you, just hand you your shit and close the window, like you coming through the line is such an inconvenience for them. Well you know what? It’s inconvenient for your customers when you can’t even remember the basics like sauces, straws, and napkins. And don’t even try ordering anything customized because they will get that wrong most of the time as well. For as new as this location is, your customer service is absolute garbage.

It has affordable options for quick easy meals. You can find options with proteins and vegetables. You can usually substitute one type of protein for another. For example black beans instead of beef. You can customize by having onions left out or tomatoes added in. Unfortunately, their yummy crunchy chicken chulupa is one of the more expensive options. But a splurge once in a while is worth it.

So I went to the drive-through and got myself a number 16 breakfast steak crunch wrap with easy egg with a hash brown instead of a Cinnabon with an extra hash brown on the side so I get to the window and pay for it and then told that they only have one hash brown, and then I had to wait to find out they have no hashbrowns so I have One crunch wrap and no Hashbrowns instead they gave me a small half filled fry and on top of that they didn’t even give me my drink. I had to come all the way back. I paid like $10 to get A crunch wrap and nothing else And only to Be given half my order

I’ve called at least a 100 times over the last 45 minutes.Because I didn’t get one single packet of sauce and who in their right mind orders a party pack of tacos without any sauce.But this girl that’s working There wants to act like she doesn’t have a job to do. Very bad service. I live very close by and many times employees want only cash. Last night I was waiting in the line for a while and then they closed on me , ( I was only one who was waiting) I tried honking and let them know I was still here, and two employees see me waiting, but when I come to the window they start telling me place is closed and that they shut down at 12. I tried to tell I was here before 12 and they see me waiting but teenager looking kid let me know it was my problem, I was polite and said it’s not good for business turning customers away like this and two kids tell me I can do what ever I want because they are close.
