Honestly, best place to go to. The service there is great, I believe the person who helped me was Ana, super friendly and very attentive, I asked for recommendations and she got all the information she needed to provide me with my now go-to coffee. I was nervous to steer away from my long term coffee shop but this experience made me realize CHANGE IS GOOD 🙂 I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Ana for all your help I appreciate you! 🙂

Highly recommend! I got the mint frappe and the kind woman and man working the shop were so nice! (Excuse the pic, I started drinking it and then took the photo). This is a large and is comparable to Starbucks in price but the quality is sooo much better!

I purchased a gift card at this location to give to my boss for Christmas. I told the woman who helped me that it was a gift for someone who goes to the Santa Clara location and loves their coffee. Well it turns out that they are all independent from each other and the card is no good at any other location! I wish they would have told me this when I purchased the card

The coffee is excellent, but the older man and older woman that work there are not friendly. They literally seem like they are miserable. You can feel like they hate their jobs. My biggest complaint for the one star is that they close early and without notice. Have gone 4 times from Redwood City to Mountain View……….. and they are closed, This is a complete waste of time!!!! The Owner needs to address these easy to solve problems. I went today 11/23/25 (Sunday) and they are closed over 1 hour before posted times .
You have a gold mine just slipping through your finger!!!!! Fix the problems and I will fix my one star.

The interaction I had at this place was ridiculous. I ordered a large iced vanilla breve. He told me my total without even asking if I wanted anything else, but I added a muffin after he told me my total. He rung it up as a regular iced breve, I asked for an extra pump of vanilla and he said “oh you want vanilla” yes, that’s what I said. A minute after he was inputting the order he asked me how many pumps I want, I asked how many come in a large. He said a breve has no syrup. I was confused, a breve is just half and half instead of regular milk, so whatever a large iced vanilla latte has, just do that amount of syrup. But he was giving me no number of pumps for some reason, so I said I guess 5 or 6 (I like my drinks sweet) a little after I said that, he proceeded to tell me it would be A DOLLAR PER PUMP? So you want me to pay like 13 dollars for an iced vanilla breve latte? That is insane, any other place it’s maybe 7 dollars. I mentioned that the location in Milpitas doesn’t charge me that way (because they don’t, go there instead and save yourself the headache!) he mentioned it’s different owners. So I said forget it and I ordered a medium mango Fresca. He rung it up, I asked if he takes Apple Pay and he said yes. I tried 3 different times, my Apple Pay wasn’t working. After the first time he asked me if I had American Express, I said no I have a Mastercard. The second time he asked me if I was sure I didn’t have American Express, at this point I was so frusterated, because now you’re telling me I don’t know what kind of card I had? I literally showed him my card on my Apple Pay so he can see the Mastercard symbol. The third time, he reminded me to press the green button after inputting my pin as if I didn’t do that the first 2 times. So after the 3rd try, he just shrugged and said “sorry” I am not kidding, I was there for 10 minutes. I know this because I checked the time I was on the phone with my boyfriend before and after I drove off. I wasted my time and left with a half assed apology and no food or drink. Absolutely insane. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Make coffee at home if you have to!

Very few options available and very inconsistent with availability & pricing.
A flavoured latte which cost 5.75$ last week was 6.5$ today. The price is definitely not worth the quality of coffee
I’d recommend driving a minute more to go to either 1) Zombie Runner for better quality or 2) Starbucks for something quick

This coffee shop is the most outstanding coffee shop I have gone too. I love the customer service they provide here. It is a 10/10 worth the wait. I always will recommend an Oreo cookie fresco with a floating shot, it is out of this world.!.!.! Ana is the best and I always see her here working so hard. #supportyourlocalcoffeeshops

The husband and wife team that work here are absolutely amazing and always make my day!!! They are kind and attentive and I have never been disappointed with my drinks. They are very effective and well organized. It’s service like this that keeps me coming back and away from big coffee chains. Others that have worked here are also very hospitable and keep up with Caffino’s expectations. Please never leave Mountain View or change your management style!!

I was so happy to finally find a good coffee shop while visiting the Bay Area! And drive through, to boot. The owner remembered me after the first visit and was such a sweetheart! She has a wonderful variety of drinks. They’re all delicious! She doesn’t burn the espresso like most places in the area, and has better quality ingredients to start with. I’d even buy from her occasionally back home where Starbucks can’t keep a store open more than 6 months because no one ever needs to stoop that low.
