Don’t judge a book by its cover! The food here was delicious and I would highly recommend. Our server was fast, attentive, and seemed genuinely happy to take care of our table.

Loved the food here. Service was great and food arrived quicker than I thought. Their cocktails were awesome. I would highly recommend the spicy sauce that they have in case you like it spicy. I will visit again once I am near Clearwater. Would highly recommend if you like Mexican food.

Sunday afternoon at 3pm. Very few cars in parking lot, and only two tables with customers. Not the best vibes to begin. Ordered carnitas tacos, elote, and a wife ordered a chicken burrito. The chips and salsa came to the table all shiny like they had just come out of the fryer, and we thought, “these look good”. They were cold, hard and stale, like they were yesterday’s chips. The salsa was hands down the lamest salsa I have ever had. Like a tomato juice, only tomato juice has more flavor. When I asked for some fresh chips, the waitress came back with chips that looked the same, only warmer. They were still rock hard, I suspect they took a handful of yesterday’s chips and dropped them in the fryer again. Terrible. I got a margarita (good!), we ordered a chardonnay for my wife. The third time we asked about the chardonnay, we had to explain to the waitress that it was WINE. “Oh, we don’t have any wine.” Obvious language problems in the front of house. The tacos had a good flavor, but the meat was old, I’m thinking Saturday’s food once again. The elote was so soggy and waterlogged, I could imagine the corn floating around in hot water for a loooong time. Way overcooked. The chicken burrito was the only decent thing that was brought to the table. It came with flavorless refried beans, and rice. One star for the burrito, and one for the margarita.

We didn’t want a chain Mexican restaurant so we chose Julis. It is a food truck attached to a produce store. It is outdoor seating but it’s covered with plenty of fans. We had the hard and soft shell tacos with beans and rice. The food was amazing. Fast and friendly service at a good price.

Please skip. All prev “great” reviews are fake or thngs have changed since then. We picked food from here on our way to the beach and it was disappointing. We ordered 3 burrito – 2 chicken and 1 veg. This is what went wrong.
1) we asked not to wrap in burrito as it will get soggy on way to beach, but they did.
2) we ordered 2 chicken and 1 veg – they packed 3 chicken, so our veggie friend stayed hungry / ordered other food by the beach.
3) costed $50 including tip and was not value for the money.
4) the burrito was not that good – given we r in florida Mexican food is must to be taaty!!
