First time ordering/pickup food and it was amazing! Not only did Amy help with my order she made sure I didn’t want some Jersey Mike sub place next door; which I thought was very courteous since I did order a sub.
It was ready on time, The staff was friendly and pointed me to where I needed to go, Bartender took care of his customers and eventually got to me (maybe 30seconds) and I had my food payed for and out the door.
Food: holy heck!!!! Sandwich/ sub what ever you wanna call it just call it good. Super large too!! Fries are thick cut and not house style with skin but kinda house style. It’s fire. Customer locked for life, specially the wife works next door at the grocery store. thank yall for good hassle free Togo food.

Visited on Labor Day, the restaurant was very quiet. Our waitress was fast and very attentive. Food came out quick and was delicious. Their wings were great and so were the hot cheese balls. Really enjoyed the pizza. Great prices too.

Service was accommodating to the menu . $7 Long Island tasted mostly like sweet & sour mix but what do you expect. Bathroom was clean but outdated and rusty.
Plenty of seating indoors and out.
Ordered the chicken bacon ranch w/ crispy chicken $2 more, and fries. Wasn’t bad, needed more ranch though. The fries were hot and dipped in ranch.
The tenderloin was very thin and not big like you find in Indiana and the onion rings were descent and you got quite a few.
Overall not too bad.

If I could give the quality of the food a negative score I would. It’s just not good food at all. Beef is processed meat and terrible quality, the tenderloin was about 1/16th of an inch thick and not good and french fries were slimy on the inside. If you like processed foods then I guess ignore this review.
People are nice which is great. It’d dark like a bar atmosphere but it was a bit too dark for a lunch time.

Clean. Lots of TVs. Medium sized sports bar. Enjoyed the atmosphere although it was a tad dark inside the place, but I’m assuming that’s to make viewing the TVs easier. Waitress was friendly and quick. I ordered the cheese steak sandwich, which I’ve included a photo of. It was pretty good! Slightly spicy but not bad. Could’ve used more meat as it was lean there but the cheese was hearty which I liked. I ordered the Mac and cheese as my side which was average to below average at best. Some of the noodles weren’t even covered in any of the cheese sauce until after I stirred it up a bit. The cheese sauce seemed watered down and lacking in much flavor. The Mountain Dew was good. Overall, I would visit again. Apparently their pizzas are pretty good.

I ordered a Philly and onion rings to go. Awesomely, there wasn’t an upcharge on onion rings, there often is. The Philly was light on meat and definitely not a legit Philly, but it tasted good, really good actually.

Absolutely amazing food and service. Sat down right away. I got the loaded nachos with side of the second to hottest sauce. Waitress Shamyra S was so prompt and amazing. Very professional and kind. Bright smile and very energetic.

In normal times I would rate this place a 3 but given staffing issues and the new normal today I gave them a 4 (wish there was a 3.5). Food took longer than expected for a burger and sub. Bartender was attentive even though she was really busy. Husband had the Italian grinder and fries. Grinder was huge, had to be at least 2 lbs, he ate half (see pic) fries were not worth eating or taking home. They were cool and not a great flavor – they seemed old. I had the black and blu burger ordered medium with Cole slaw. Burger was over cooked but still had a really good flavor. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and the Cole slaw was good but dry. If we were traveling back through the area, we would stop again.

We tried Jerseys in Defiance today for the first time. I don’t believe we will be back due to a few reasons. We arrived at 3:55p and sat down at a table. I saw lunch specials ended at 4:00p. A waitress came to our table and I asked about the special, and she said it was over and it was 4:00p. I said the special goes until 4:00p. She said she would attempt to put the order in and see if it takes it. She did take $5.00 off at the end but the fact she wanted to debate the sale was annoying. Next my Philly steak came quick but at a cheap expense of fillings. See photos below of the little fillings included with lots of exposed bread. After I already paid from the table I left to use the bathroom. A short time later I returned and my daughter (12 years old) said she was getting ready to text me because the wait staff kept staring at her making her feel uncomfortable. A sign at the front door says to be kind to the wait staff. Maybe the wait staff should be kind and work with the customer.

The Italian sub is awesome! Our waitress wasn’t very good though. The reason I marked it 4 vs 2 is because the rest of the staff rallied to help her and that was really good to see. Maybe ours was just carrying a heavy load tonight.
