The location was short staffed but that doesn’t explain the bad attitude in front of customers. The food was filling but nut flavorful, we had to request missing parts of our meal. We saw our hostess regularly but she hardly ever checked on us. That probably was a good thing by the way she was talking about her coworkers. This was a disappointing meal, I am glad that we were only passing through.

Wasn’t a very professional atmosphere like a big corporation as IHOP. Starting with the host. 10 to 20 minute wait with empty tables everywhere. The food was good but the service and the employees could use better training of how to be professional with the public. It’s not a mom and pop place.

Waitress (Theresa) was great and very accommodating but the food was horrible. Per my family’s description the gravy tasted like dirt with water (tasted like crappy instant gravy), french toast & poached eggs tasted like plastic, and the hashbrowns were raw. Very disappointing as this place used to be good.

I came here right after church. They were very low on staff, busy, and I was patient with the server. I ordered the Spicy Poblano Eggs Benedict with biscuits, a cup of fruit, and potatoes, and I pointed to the item on the menu. When my food arrived, it was an omelette with a side of potatoes.
I told the server, “Ma’am, this isn’t what I ordered,” and she replied that “It was the Spicy Poblano.” I explained that while I did want the Spicy Poblano, I did not want it in omelette form—I wanted it with biscuits. I asked to see the menu again, and when she gave it to me, I pointed to the spicy poblano biscuit option and said that this was what I wanted, not the omelette.
She took the food back and apologized, then went into the kitchen and began yelling at the light colored cook wearing a black beanie. I previously worked in restaurants as a cook, and I know how frustrating it can be when servers raise their voices and place blame on the kitchen staff.
I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to receive the correct biscuit combo. I ended up eating the potatoes and fruit before the entrée arrived. At that point, I felt like I should have just left without paying. I eventually received the correct food, and the server also brought additional potatoes in case the original ones had gotten cold.
The server, Rachel B., apologized several times, explaining that she thought I wanted the omelette and that they were extremely short-staffed. However, I had clearly stated that I wanted the biscuit option and pointed to it on the menu. I gave her $3 tip for trying. I think all servers should double-check with customers to confirm what they want before making assumptions. I likely won’t be returning to this IHOP location.

Horrible experience. We went around 7pm it wasnt busy at all but still have to wait 10 minutes to be seating in a almost empty restaurant. The cook was the one who came out to sit up. The waitress came by our table another 10 mins later. The cook brought the pancakes that was not fresh and the waitress never even brought our drinks! I had 4 children there trying to eat pancakes without even a drink. Horrible service Horrible food. Not going back.

Came in Sunday morning. I believe that they was short staffed. The servers were doing their best for the morning rush. I herd loud talking an seen the manager talking to the servers like dogs. Just very rude. I want to say my server’s name was Rachel or Rochelle. She seemed very flustered I told her everything would be all right that she was doing a great job. This has been on my mind for several days and I just had to leave this review. I would have quit right on the spot the way that she was talking to the servers.

It is my first time going ihop for breakfast with my friends . The variety of food was good . The server was kind and patient. They seemed to be a little short handed . They weren’t busy but it took longer than normal to take orders and bring them . I ordered Colorado Omlette. Taste well . The portion is big . Overall was good experience

I have not been here for 10 years because the service was so bad. I went back today hoping they had changed. I was wrong! We waited along with 10 other people, without being spoke to at all. They had no hostess. Waited 30 min before we left. I will check back in another 10 years.
