This review is in particular for my order today. Personally I don’t think McDonald’s needs reviews because overall they’re good and is the reason I buy breakfast from them as a fast food chain. But this morning, everything that could have gone wrong did. Waited for my order for about 10 minutes only to get no egg in my sandwich. I stood another 5 minutes waiting at the counter and asked to get an egg on my sandwich but they proceeded to remake it (food health safety regulation I’m sure) waited another 10 minutes only to get a complete different sandwich than I originally ordered. Saturday rush is real and I understand, I just wish the situation was better managed as opposed to feeling like just another complaint. I didn’t want the free Apple pie, didn’t ask for it, just wanted to eat the sandwich I was craving.

I used the kiosk to purchase a simple fudge sundae, and it took about 20 minutes to get it. Also, while I was in there, there was a huge spill that some teenagers caused and it took a while for anything to be done. There wasn’t a wet floor sign, or any sort of urgency to clean it. Actually, the weird part is that the Manager, an older man named George or Jorge, made one of the teenagers clean it up. I understand the frustration of young teenagers, but I don’t think he should have made them clean it up. On top of that, I heard a bit of an intense exchange happening with the manager and an employee, but I’m not too sure what that was about. It just made everything awkward… all while I’m STILL waiting for my fudge Sundae. I went up to the counter after 20 minutes, just to see where my order was at in the queue. It took a moment for the Manager to just pass by me, stop, and then look at me without saying a word. Instead, he just looked at my receipt with an annoyed look and then walked away to get the ticket from the back to start making my order. Not even an apology for the wait or anything like that. I even told him thank you but there was no further response back… Very unprofessional and a very weird experience.

This McDonald’s sucks. Food takes forever to prepare inside and outside. Literally every time I’m here, there is nobody at the cashier and the employees stare at me like they don’t know why I’m waiting. I’ve waited 15 minutes once before someone decided to take my order.

I can do a curbside pick up and still wait 10 minutes after parking to get my food. If I do a mobile order, the order can potentially disappear in their system and I have to flag someone down to make it. Orders don’t always come with condiments that I wanted, or even napkins.

Ordered on the app (10 nuggets, 1 fry, a mcchicken, and mcflurry), came in 5 min later and waited like 15 min so got up to check y it wasn’t done yet. all the workers just standing there talking and didn’t even start our order. Not horrific service but they weren’t rly nice and defeated the purpose of ordering online cuz they only started once we waited over 15 min and asked them y it wasn’t ready.

I’ve noticed that lately this particular McDonald’s has become very incompetent! I was there yesterday and bought a #9 combo to go, by the time I got home which is about 3 minutes away my food was completely cold and the fries were not only cold but hard and without flavor, they tasted stale. I’ve noticed that the place is runned by inexperienced and rude teenagers. The only reason I go to this place is because it’s the closest one to my house. Never again!

0 stars! They never provide the order correctly and the food is always cold. Not only that but they always claim not to have items available. To make matters worse, I called corporate and the representative was too busy chit chatting and laughing and putting me on mute when she could no longer hold in her laugh (as if I would not be able to notice) therefore, not being able to concentrate on what I was telling her.

To Whom Is In Charge,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the meal I received during my recent visit. I ordered a McChicken combo (including a drink, sandwich, and fries), but what I got was far from acceptable.

To start, my McChicken sandwich was missing the lettuce, mayonnaise, and tomato that should have been included. That was disappointing enough, but the real issue was that the chicken was undercookedcompletely unacceptable for any fast food item, let alone one as basic as a McChicken.

Additionally, despite ordering a combo, I had to ask repeatedly for ketchup, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. When I called to speak with a manager about my experience, her response seemed dismissive, as if I were bothering her. She even suggested that my concerns were because I ordered the 5 version, but I paid closer to 12 for my meal, which I dont believe should impact the quality or service.

I am shocked that my order was packed without proper attention to detail. Its clear that no one checked the items before they were bagged. This kind of oversight is not what I expect when paying for a meal, and frankly, it has left me questioning whether Ill return to this location.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve both the quality of the food and the level of customer service at this restaurant.

Update to the review: No one from this franchise ever responded back to this post nor to my email. McDonald’s headquarters basically said that they were going to speak the location.

I ordered the two cheeseburgers combo and when I got home one of them was plain and the other wasn’t. Plus the other day when I went one of your employees was giving me attitude when I tried ordering and I left after he kept giving me an attitude. I will definitely not be returning to this McDonald’s.

Horrible customer service at this McDonalds. The guy at the drive thru window is rude, doesn’t help you insert the credit card when handed to you, gets the orders wrong and gives you attitude. Dont like your job, get a new one. Really shouldn’t be that hard.
