In a given situation like this Business should do their best to make efforts to make customer satisfy
Yet for 2 Weeks in a row Had to wait more than 30Min on Drive Through between hrs of 10PM To 11PM Even though l ordered ahead using app.
Some people want to pickup food before they goto work like Myself but waiting more than 30Min per visit each and every time Makes impression that this place just don’t care about customers and Not making any improvements At All. Not to mention ran out of time to goto work on time and forced to give up on picking up The food is really Dissatisfying Service to Anyone.

I don’t really like fast food. But this McDonald’s offers the best and freshly made food. How long you haven’t had a McChicken is juicy inside and crispy on the outside? Even the biscuit is crispy and soft in the inside. Can’t beat that! The staff are super nice too!!

Service is good, compared to previous dining/drive-thru experiences at this (24hr) location and some other locations. At times, it can be a very long wait in drive thru. Decent amount of parking, but can be very problematic and difficult when the drive thru is busy. Small and a bit congested dining area. Service is fast and friendly, most of the time.

Ordered a simple small order on the app, 15min before getting there. Through the drive thru, I was told to park in the parking lot. Why? It’s a drive thru, a simple pre-ordered. I have to shut my car off, go inside to expedite my order. Because I’m on the go. A supposed to be drive thru. Got my order, found my 6 piece chicken nuggets is a 4piece nuggets. And they rob me 2 nuggets. Disappointed, they got some issues over there, they need to straighten things out.

I was very happy with this location for a long time. They actually stir the coffee that they prepare for you. Unfortunately they have been on decline. Some of the top customer service and speed of service employees are no longer there and soon you try to coach, the new employees the way you would like to have the service, but the employees keep changing like the weather. Today was simply unacceptable. 10 minutes, waiting for no apparent reason longer than usual with no explanation. You cannot have a high standard and then suddenly drop it, like it never existed. Additional 10 minutes on top of the five minutes of normal speed of service made me late for work. I would likely have to find a new breakfast spot. Or perhaps I will brown bag my breakfast probably time to start eating, healthier than fast food. Very disappointed. I loved my guilty pleasure of McDonald’s in the morning and being able to get in and out quickly at the takeout. I will miss my McDonald’s visits, but I can’t be late for work and it’s unreasonable to have to spend 15 minutes on the drive-through, especially when there is not a long line.

The Jericho McDonalds is a must go for foodies. From delicious burgers, made to perfection, to an amazing staff and clean facilities, this restaurant has everything you’d want from an American dining experience.
We stopped on our way to East Marion, only to have dinner there on the way back as well.

I love mcdonalds in general. But this location is a hit or miss, some days is awesome no problems then some days are just like wth is this. Today’s visit to this location proved that to me. I ordered a mcdouble with extra pickle extra onion as I always do on any burger order from McDonald’s but todays i got the extra oil extra ketchup special ! Just a Mc-mess in a wrapper.
