We dine in for the play place. There is only one family bathroom and the employees are always using it and truly take their time in there. Lately, we’ve been coming once a week until the weather is nicer but we keep having the same experience. Took photos of cleanliness as well. It’s a bummer.

Now when you go inside the bathroom here you get one toilet seat completely covered in pee and the other toilet seat? Oh it doesn’t even exist. There isn’t one. It’s smells like SEWAGE in this location and outside this location. Your workers are rude, they’re not helpful. They do not care if they get your order wrong. It’s a joke. Whoever owns this particular location needs to do something. It’s disgusting.
I go to this mcdonalds location A LOT. The last SEVERAL times ive came in here, the womens bathroom is DISGUSTING. Smells like actual backed up feces in there. There is literal poo on the toilet seats, paper and just nasty hair and trash all over the floor. This place is a ghost town inside, so you mean to tell me nobody has time to clean the bathrooms? Absolutely unacceptable. You can tell them at the counter, they will look at you like youre speaking some unknown language. These pictures are just from tonight 11/24/25 disgusting. 830 pm.

Why ask me if my order is correct on the screen to only give me my order with missing items? Every time it’s a mistake at this location. I don’t even know why I keep thinking next time will be better.

I hope these new hires working the windows at night are temporary (the two young guys). ZERO customer service skills. The young kid handling payments would rather be on his phone. They don’t speak. They stare you down. And quite frankly it comes off as an attempt to be intimidating…. AND got my order wrong!!!

The play area was very dirty. Food, napkins, food all over the floor, the tables were not wiped down. They had crumbs and other debris on several of them. The garbage cans were extremely overflowing with trash. My food was left on the counter when I was informed it was being brought to me. Overall this McDonald’s is probably one of the worst maintained.

Their drive-through is incredibly slow and they screw up orders pretty regularly. It seems like there’s a lot of turnover which makes me think that the management is the problem because the people are nice but they just don’t seem to get things right
