I’ve ordered from here through uber eats twice, I received burnt chicken tenders, then last night my entire big bacon combo was missing except the drink and the additional 6 piece nugget was missing. If I had my own vehicle I wouldn’t be ordering through the app.

I’ve been here a couple times and each time it’s something wrong with the food! Like I’m not sure what it is but I won’t be back. The breakfast I order is the Joey chicken biscuit and the sandwich is fine but the home fries are always burnt and very tiny not to mention flat. This last time I went I missed breakfast so I got a deluxe chicken sandwich and not checking because i was heading to an appointment I left. On the highway I opened to eat it and noticed it was missing a few ingredients. I called and was told on the phone that those items were recalled and some were just out. Instead of staying this at the window while I ordered, they just hand me this plain sandwich! I was told to bring it back for a remake or new item. I went back a couple days later at breakfast and ordered the honey chicken combo as it equaled the one sandwich. The same ole, same ole was given yet again. Not going back there for them to keep serving me burnt home fries. Sorry I forgot the pics for the breakfast because at the time I was rushing and didn’t take the pics but trust me if I go up there now they’ll give me them burnt things!

They were out of baked potatos. I didnt know that was an option for Wendy’s. My husband’s burger was good but when taking it put of the bag and looking at it, he was almost instantly pissed. The burger was wrapped so poorly the condiments were on the outside of the wrapper. The wrapper was ripped and it got condiments all over his hand and sleeve. We realized the wrapper was nearly tissue thin, probably not the employee’s fault.

I wish I could give this place “0” stars! All of my fries were burnt and cold. My sprite had something floating in it. The food and service were absolutely DISGUSTING!! I will never eat here again!

Atmosphere was good overall. Only issue was the rub er mat just inside the entrance. It slid under my feet. This is a potential hazard for someone.

As always my order was wrong I ordered 2 double Stacks and one the junior cheeseburger deluxe I only stop by there cuz I got off late and it was quick and convenient home but they never get my orders correct
