My experience with this McDonald’s is a stark realization that maybe I am ready to let robots take jobs. At least then I’d receive everything I ordered and my food wouldn’t be cold and hard right out of the window. On top of both meals being old and cold, I was completely missing items and the drinks we specifically ordered for monopoly pieces had nothing on them and we weren’t given the straws we asked for either. I should know better than to leave without checking my order. I’ll remember that next time I choose a different McDonald’s

For at least a year this place smell like straight sewer and its so appetizing while waiting for food in the drive thru. Also, the drive thru sucks and not sure why its in such a small area for the amount of buisness they get. Otherwise, food is good.

By far, the absolute worst drive thru setup I’ve ever experienced. When the service is slow, you can literally get stuck in the parking lot because of the design flaw of the actual lot.

Work in retail for 30 yrs and I tell you if that was me I wouldn’t have this type people working at my restaurants… they don’t even acknowledge you till you’re saying excuse me else you would be standing there for hrs

I found this in my chicken nugget. When I say in, I mean inside the actual nugget, I almost swolled it. The good news is that my granddaughter didn’t get the “prize nugget.” In her 4 piece kids meal, I would hate to think how she could have choked on this. I called the store, and the manager didn’t even ask for my name or contact information. I called the 1800 # on the recipient, and there was no call back. suggestions?
If anyone knows what this is, I’d love to know..

The staff were the rudest people I have ever met in my entire life. The ice cream sundae I ordered wasn’t even halfway full and the fudge was basically nonexistent. After politely telling them to fix it, the rude staff took the ice cream back with bad attitude and slammed her window. Like what happened to common decency and respect? Safe to say, this is the last time I will be going to McDonald’s in my life as this experience officially ruined it for me.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. On September 1, I placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10:06 AM and arrived at the restaurant at 10:15 AM. When I reached the intercom, I provided my mobile order code as requested. After waiting approximately fifteen minutes in line, I was told at the window that my order was not available and that I should have placed it before 10:30 AM.
This was incorrect, as my mobile order receipt clearly showed it was placed well before 10:30 AM. Not only was my order not prepared as expected with a mobile order, but I was also instructed by the manager to come inside and place a new order. This defeats the purpose of using the mobile ordering system and caused unnecessary inconvenience.
I believe this situation reflects poor service and a lack of proper process at this location. I hope management addresses this issue, as the current approach to mobile orders is unacceptable.

Crazy unorganized service today. Went to get McDzzzz for granddaughter before school . I use the APP 99% of time,pre ordered, let them know I was there snd parked in the curbside ( generally less than 5 minutes )& drive thru packed so parked. 10 minutes later the 2 drinks & 2 breakfast sandwiches arrived. I told the very grumpy girl who said nothing. Wow didn’t think it be 10 minutes. No response from her. Got in my car and leave. We are 3 miles down the road and granddaughter says the sandwich is missing the steak. See pic. Where’s the pressed beef I just paid over 5$ for. If your going to be late why not at least get a accurate ORDER. I called multiple times NO ANSWER finally got the manager who quickly told me she could not take my call she was busy, REALLY…not 2 minutes.. No time for customer who admittedly spend way to much at MCDZZZ. Not even a receipt in bag to do a survey. To be fair I come here often, and mostly no problems but going to have to start checking burgers with them. I’ll just bypass this store who doesn’t care anyhow. These employees need to be retrained starting with the manager. Hey folks treat people the way you’d want to be treated. Sorry your having a bad day for whatever reason. But don’t take it out on customer when they call for refund for your mistakes.
