The Food was good. I have a problem with them not having waitress come to the table to take the order!! You have to walk up to the counter and use the kiosk to place your order! Then to get your drink you have to scan a ticket before you get your drink and you can’t get refills eather!!! I will never be back to that place again!! Next they will want us to go back and make the food and clean the table after we eat!!

Food was amazing!! Haven’t been to a steak n shake in years as we don’t have one in our hometown. Was not a let down. The burger was so fresh. Prices were great (7.99 for combo for double included drink) and the staff was nicest I have encountered in awhile. Very very clean too! Wish I could give them 6 star.

This was the coolest Steak ‘n Shake I’ve ever been to. I don’t know if this is the norm or not because I haven’t been to a Steak ‘n Shake in a while. You pay a kiosk and you get a QR code which allows you to get your drinks and then the food is brought to your table. This particular Steak ‘n Shake had a very old diner feel. Much more so than any other Steak ‘n Shake I have ever been to.

0 stars. I accidentally placed an order on the steak n shake website for pickup. I could not find a way to cancel the order on the confirmation email.
So I called the store and they stated they could not cancel the order and to go to the app and cancel the order
I called back to the store and asked for the manager. I explained my situation to the manager and the manager appeared to be just as confused as I was.
Instead of redirecting me to someone who could help or support email. The manager placed me on hold for 15 mins. I hung up after the 15 mins.
No support what so ever and poor management. Very disappointing service for someone having issues with an order

I asked for 2 triple cheeseburgers one with ketchup only & one with mustard pickle and onions SUBSTITUTE onions for DICED onions and I get my order & it is messed up not once not twice but THREE TIMES & my burger is SOGGY I will not be returning completely irritating !! Not a happy customer my fiancé worked there for 8 years & could have shown them how to do their jobs

Ordered via door dash had a milk shake it was good but ordered a large and it showed up looking real small. Could have ordered at sonic/dq or similar and got 2.5 times the shake for 6+ dollars.

Stopped in for a quick bite on the way home & Brandon was great!!! Although all the employees were kind, he went out of his way to check on us as soon as we walked in and if we were doing alright. Great service!
