The staff at Five Guys were friendly, and the restaurant was clean. I had a cheeseburger and a little fry, and both tasted great – so fresh! They give you a ton of fries, too!

13 bucks for a double patty cheeseburger. What a joke. I don’t even know why I gave this burger joint a second chance. Burger comes wrapped up in a ball of tinfoil. I get it , it’s nostalgic and you reminisce throwing peanuts on the ground and drink your coke before your food comes and then have a happy dinner with your friends. I honestly wouldn’t even say anything about the burger but it’s 13 bucks and it’s mediocre at best for a fast food spot. And that is generous. Good people there and good service ! But damn man the bang for your buck sucks. Nothing like spending 30 bucks on a meal that ceases your hunger for 30 minutes. Make the burger cheaper. You’ll get more business from me.

Giving my overall rating based on a few years of service. Usually this place has great service and food, however the main reason in posting a review is due to my 1 bad experience thus far. Ordered food through door dash, I quickly took two bites of my burger from hunger before realizing my beef patties were not fully cooked. The center was very pink and raw and felt barely warm. Unfortunate to have my appetite ruined by usually one of my favorite spots. Wanted to leave this review so the food gets a bit more quality control and nobody gets food poisoning. Picture of quality will be included.

All the staff was amazing. This was our first time ever coming in. They were really busy, but everybody was on top of it, working as a team and the food was great. Most definitely will come back.

To do an updated review, I had to delete my previous reviews here’s a quick recap-
The first time we ate there, we were disappointed due to everything being so soggy and burgers fell apart as we bit into them. I felt the need to give them a second chance so we went back in Aug 2019, had a better experience with the burgers and fries, however my burger was swimming in mustard and ketchup, fries not as greasy, still soft (we prefer crispy) but plenty of them. Overall we enjoyed the food that time. Oh and endless amounts of in-shell peanuts!

*UPDATE* 1/22/22
It has been a long time since we dined at Five Guys in Silverdale, Washington; Looking back, it was Aug 2019.
My last visit was pretty decent, unlike my first visit.
Walking in, I noticed fewer tables and, unfortunately, no more free in-shell peanuts, that totally was a selling point for me, darnit!
One other person was dining in, aside from the workers and ourselves, that was it.
We quickly looked the menu over; I gasped at how much the prices had risen since our last visit, over $9.00 for a basic hamburger, over $10 for a simple cheeseburger, and 5ish dollars for a regular fry, obviously the good thing was being able to add whatever toppings you desired for your burger, within their choices.
I ordered a hamburger with mustard, ketchup, and extra grilled onions and pickles.
My hubby had a cheeseburger with pickles, grilled onions, mayo and ketchup.
Our visit was ok; burgers and fries were acceptable in taste. We both requested extra pickles, and grilled onions, but my burger came with only four pickles and just a few onions, hubbys, the same thing, that was a bummer, decent amount of ketchup and mustard on mine however, but not an overkill and had I not been so hungry, I would have walked up and asked for a side of onions and pickles, oh well!
The fries were soft and fairly greasy, but over abundance of them, as I have said prior, If I eat french fries I prefer crispy over soft.
When you eat at Five Guys, there is nothing healthy about them, you have to go in knowing that your arteries are clogging with every bite you take, lol. However for that said, I looked up their menu when I returned home and they do have a veggie sandwich they offer, I’m shocked and I’m making a mental note to try that next time!
The staff was friendly enough, no bells and whistles but nothing rude by any means.
The overall store was clean, It maybe due to the time we dined there which was at 11:15am.
Five Guys offer a small variety of Burgers and Hotdogs, they also offer regular and cajun style french fries, a handful of sandwiches and a decent choice of milkshakes!

Five Guys and Jimmy Johns share a single building. Ample amount of space for parking. AMC Kitsap movie theater is within walking distance as well as Kitsap Mall.

**Although Five Guys is a franchise they do employ a lot of local people, thank you for supporting their jobs and all local jobs and small businesses, and please be kind to ALL living things!!**

Just ordered and picked up my order for 2 drinks. 2 fries and 2 burgers. Expensive as everything is side ordered no cost saving baskets. Other issue is the bun on my burger was soggy. Tastes good except for the soggy bun. 5 guys needs to make over the menu for some cost savings.

Sometimes I just can’t help myself. Actually I think it’s my car. It just decides to drive to five Guys and I have no choice but to order a medium salted french fry. Without fail, the staff are always helpful and friendly, the restaurant and restrooms are always clean, and the food is always fresh and delicious.

Love the consistency. The Bacon Cheeseburger has 2 burgers, the Little Burger only has 1 Burger. Free Peanuts. I always ask for a side of Mayonnaise for the delicious small order of Fries that we share. Ordered a Chocolate/Banana shake . The place is clean and the staff Greeted us as we stepped in. Usually have a Coke . Plenty of parking.

I went into five guys for a burger last night. Ordered my burger and asked for it well done. Was very rudely told they no longer cook burgers well done. And it’s against corporate policy. Seriously it’s food I am paying for and would like it cooked all the way. I was very disappointed with how I was treated at this location. Even the people behind me were surprised by this situation.

BLEW MY MIND. The burger was beautiful. The fries were fresh and fantastic. The service was stupendous. Here’s the deal… My friend asked the manager what it would take to get one of the five guys hats that all the employees were wearing. The manager just went back, got him one, and said ‘just put a tip in the jar up front.’ An experience I will not soon forget.
