Usually my food and service are great here and I love this location because I often work past midnight and it’s open when I need a meal at an odd hour. However, today the website says you should be open until 2 am and that these hours were updated 3 weeks ago but it’s 12:10 am and your menus are turned off, the driver thru prompt asking if I am using my app came on to take my order, but the employees inside stayed silent on the other end. Please update your hours on google if you are not really open at these times anymore

This location ignored me for 8 minutes while I stood there and waited for them to acknowledge me. Three different workers looked me in the eye and looked away and didn’t even say “we’ll be right with you” or anything. I’m a patient person but even I got frustrated. There was also one employee on break either falling asleep or high on something in the dining room. It was a really bizarre experience for a mid-day taco bell run.

Currently been sitting here waiting for an online order for 37 minutes order was supposed to be ready 40-45 minutes ago.. theres 5 people visibly on staff and 4 of them are standing around doing absolutely nothing.. this place is packed full of people and there no sense of urgency or anything but from 1 person sadly didnt catch her name but why pay people to do a job that they aren’t doing?

Walking in was okay not very welcoming. They gave me my order and it was like calling my name grab your order thank you then they quickly walk away. I think they could be a little more enthusiastic about their job. I even yelled out to everyone have a great night no response until I actually started walking toward the door. They even forgot my cinnamon twist and the water. So what’s the point of the kiosks for ordering in the lobby if they can’t get your Order right lame. Very disappointed in my eyes

Thank you for reading the Honest Reviews4u! I stopped by this taco bell after walking around the nearby mall. The restaurant is very clean inside and out and counts with self serving cashiers and 1 personal cashiers. The service was very friendly and quick. In my visit I had the the nachos fries with nachos cheese on the side. It tastes very good. I highly recommend this place!

The best taco bell I’ve ever been to no cap I had the best nacho fries the inside was soft n outside perfectly crispy, no soggy fries. idk if it was the timing, but the staff we had made everything so good. The 5 layer burrito didn’t taste like straight tortilla it was loaded. It was 9:30 am that staff was like restaurant X fast food.
