The baristas working at around 3:30pm today on 12/29/25 looked lost and moved with no urgency at all. Took a sip of my hot chocolate as it felt lighter than usual and of course they skimped out. Y’all need to hire new baristas.

I’ve given this location too many chances. My drink is constantly made wrong, and today was the last straw, literally. I asked for light ice and half of the cup was filled with ice. When I pointed it out, the barista offered to remake it only to dump out the ice and fill it with water, leaving my refresher completely watered down. It’s frustrating having to drive farther to another location just to get my money’s worth. After this happening repeatedly, I think I’ll save my money instead and stop going to this Starbucks location.

This is THE best Starbucks in town!
They are always welcoming, always polite, professional, and they actually listen to get my order correct every time. I’ve been to other Starbucks locations in town, and this location is by far my favorite.
The entire crew: Brenda, Ari, Elizabeth, Julian, John, Nic, Sam, and a few whom I haven’t yet learned their names are THE best, and I will gladly continue to come in every morning and be welcomed by these fantastic young people.

Everyone at the 6094 Montana Avenue location is THE best!
From Brenda, Zach, Ari, Nic, Julian, Alice, Elizabeth, John, etc. ALL make you feel welcome once you walk in the door.
I have been to many Starbucks locations around El Paso, and this location has by far the best service and has the best people.
Unlike the location on Dyer, they LISTEN at this location, and I get exactly what I want. They don’t argue like the one on Dyer and roll their eyes and give attitude.

So I order on the app to pick up on the Drive Thru, thinking it will be easier for them. Made the line on the Drive Thru, like 6 cars ahead of me, that was no problem. So I tell them on the speaker that I sent the order thru the app, get to the window and they tell me my order is not ready and had to park because the app shows it was going to be ready at another time and yes they wanted me to wait when I could just had order it on the speaker and they would have it ready.
