Customer Service was absolutely stellar. From the person that served my food to the lady that rang me up. Unlike most locations, these people seem like they enjoy their job today. We went to Chipotle at Camp Creek expecting the same professionalism I’d seen years ago. What we walked into was shocking.

The kitchen was filthy—counters, stove, prep areas, all covered in food and trash. A staff member with an awful attitude refused to answer basic questions and didn’t heat our tortillas. She just kept barking “Next” without any care. They were out of major ingredients like pico, peppers, and even forks.

Another customer behind us canceled her veggie bowl because they had nothing left but lettuce, rice, and chicken. What happened next was appalling—the worker dumped her bowl back into the serving containers, mixing lettuce into the chicken bin. That’s an obvious health violation.

The same worker, still wearing her plastic food gloves, grabbed her phone and started scrolling while continuing to handle food. Cross-contamination everywhere. Meanwhile, the prep line looked like toddlers had thrown food everywhere—bowls were messy, food was on the counter, floor, and even in the dining area.

Then came the worst part: when we got home, a beetle crawled out from under the lettuce in my friend’s bowl. Yes, a live beetle. Absolutely revolting.

The food itself was awful—burnt chicken, flavorless rice with no lime, off-tasting guac, and cold tortillas. We later learned the BOGO tattoo promotion they blamed for the chaos wasn’t even valid at this location. Instead of turning away the crowd, they served everyone and ran out of food without telling customers.

There was no manager in sight. Employees clearly lacked food safety training—trash on the floor, gloves on the ground, customers reaching into utensil boxes with bare hands. The cashier was the only helpful person, but even she made critical food safety mistakes.

This place is an absolute mess and a health hazard. I’m reporting them to the health department. It’s disgraceful that this is happening in a predominantly Black middle-class neighborhood. You’d never see this allowed in Buckhead or Piedmont. The lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Chipotle needs to shut this location down, retrain the entire team, and start over. Until then—stay away.

I went to this location yesterday & have been sick every since. Chipotle was the only thing i ate yesterday i’ve had tummy aches, a low grade fever, & couldn’t get any sleep from the pain. I go to this location all the time!!! i was not expecting to get food poisoning. I would steer clear for a few days until whatever containment that’s there is gone honestly steer clear in general

Second time to this location for lunch and it really is one of the best chipotles I’ve ever been to. Engaging employees that actually care about the work they do while offering perfect portion sizes. They are never out of any food items and the place is always clean. Definitely making this my regular chipotle.

They just can’t seem to get simple Uber eats orders right! They forget or miss something! Everytime! The most important thing i asked for! I wanted crispy shells for my taco trio! The soft shells are flimsy and soggy and i don’t like them! Learn to take a second and READ the actual order so ppl aren’t wasting their hard earned money!

1st time visiting location & I see why. This will most definitely be my last. I’d rather drive to Cobb county for chipotle. Upon walking in, I was disappointed at how the trash was running over. Got closer to the counter it is loaded w/food. How can you even work in these conditions. Shouldn’t you wanna wipe your counter down. Smh Our neighborhood business always seem to be the Worst! This is a good area, spend $$ here why should we have to eat in these conditions?? Very disappointed. As a mgr, lead or even a worker you should want to work & serve in a clean environment. Smh so sad

I’m so disappointed that we have such poor service in our area. I got to the restaurant and decided to wait 20 mins for them to open since I was already in the area doing some shopping. The sign on the door said they opened at 10:45. 10:45 came and went and the doors were still locked. Employees were outside talking and laughing on the side of the building. Finally at 11:10 the doors were finally unlocked with a line of customers outside the door. Once we got in the door the restaurant wasn’t set up. Food was not ready and The manager was rushing to make my bowl.
I asked her why, even after not being opened on time, they not still prepared for the day. She said they prepare the food fresh Ma’am when in business you open early to prepare for the day. This location is really helping to give Chipotle a bad name. She was rushing and presented my food to me in a messy presentation.
I normally would not have even continued to purchase from a restaurant with such poor service but I had already wasted enough time.
I WILL NEVER be back to this below standard location. Please get it together!

This is the most disgusting restaurant I’ve seen in a long time. The staff are a reflection of management, and the behavior displayed by the Manger was rude, unfriendly, dry, and down right disgusting. I believe he was the general manager as well, so that makes it worse. He came scrolling in the door with a cake, so he was clearly making personal runs, on company time. He jumped right in with the staff without washing his hands. He never smiled or spoke to one customer. There was a gentleman with complaints at the front of the line, and he was completely rude and dismissive to him, and even told him that he don’t have time to deal with him, he gotta get his line down, and walked away with no resolve. That was completely unprofessional. Then the dining room was filthy. There was nothing stocked, all tables were nasty. He had over 10 emplit looked to be on the back but didn’t have the common sense to send one of them out to deal with the dining room. I’ll go out my way and travel to another location before I visit here again. Then I asked for fresh chips for my kids meal, and I felt the portion wasn’t sufficient, and considering the wait and inconvenience I asked for a little more, yet I was refused. This happened 2/22/2024 around 6:30 p.m.
