My quesodilla was literally burnt, and was lacking the stuffing. Half of the tortilla was dry, had nothing on it, there were maybe 1 bite of stuffing in each piece of the quesodilla while chewing on burnt tortilla. I love eating at tacobell, but this was a huge turn off and I did not enjoy my meal. Very disappointing.

Dirty. Food was cold. I eat Taco Bell regularly at different locations across the state. This is the worst I’ve ever been to. Came a few days ago and had a bad experience but thought it was probably an off day or something. Second bad experience within a couple weeks to me means management and ownership just don’t care. I will avoid this location.

We went in to eat and hadn’t been there in forever.. you had to use a computer (which had a filthy screen to place your own order) it was nasty so we left and won’t be back. I’m not going to a fast food place and working as the cashier! On a filthy computer screen to boot! No thanks! Do better Taco Bell!

Ridiculous how long you have to wait for your order, and we are the only one in dine in at 5:09pm, yet your employ got her meal and her two friends got their drinks and left. We feel bad having to keep asking where our order is. Got here at 5:02, still waiting at 5:17pm. Ordered and PAID for extra cheese, extra guacamole and never got it. Couldn’t wait another 20 minutes

This place is hit and miss… most recent visit we ordered several things with beans (burritos, nachos, and pintos & cheese). The beans were sooooo incredibly dry, it crumbled like gravel and was completely inedible. They used the same dry beans in the nachos and burritos… Why would they serve this to anyone?
