As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I love coming here because of Deb’s amazing service. What I experienced yesterday was shocking. The way Sierra spoke to her employees was utterly shocking and disgraceful. I’ve had many years of service, restaurant, and fast food experience anywhere from crew member to assistant GM and I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed something quite like that. Sierra seemed totally unprofessional and spoke degradingly to her peers all while in front of customers. The level of unprofessionalism is unmeasurable. I’m very very disappointed and as long as sierra is still managing I will not be back.

Well Everytime I’ve been there the food has been great, although.. The grilled chicken sandwich is so bad avoid it and you’ll be happy and that one sandwich with gravy on it, they’re like the worst items really. Stick with basic stuff.

so everytime i go to this location which isn’t that frequently due to previous experiences with bad service. i am not usually the type to make a review but after tonight this was ridiculous. our food was cold , soggy , and flavorless. we reheated in air fryer for better taste to happen to see that there was hair in our food, NOT ONLY ONE item either. we dumped our fries on on a plate to notice there was hair in our fry container then we noticed there was hair in our chicken and fries box as well. this is sickening and really is disappointing.

Hit or miss. If you use doordash, they’ll forget part of your order. If you go in person, they’ll have you drive around to the other lane while you wait, which usually seems unnecessary because it’s not typically a very long wait and it’s tough to reach through your own passenger window. Sometimes they’re really nice. Sometimes they’re very unpleasant. Prices vary also. They have great sales sometimes but it’s not the go-to cheap spot it used to be. I recommend the apple pie.

Never go to this establishment ever again study line for 30 minutes after I sat in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes by the time I got my food and back home to eat it it was cold the order was incorrect if I could give it a zero I would give it a zero dairy Queen is Right caddy corner from it I recommend going there over this Rally’s any day

I work at the hospital right next to this restaurant. I order from here a couple times a month around noon/afternoon and every experience I’ve had has been excellent. the manager that runs the show there is the sweetest lady ever and if you order off the app a few times, she knows you by name. Incredible atmosphere.

I went to rallies to get my usual four dollar meal deal off of the app when I order and pulled up to the window African-American young lady was very rude. This visit was not that great. We miss the GloRilla meal deal!!! That other $5 deal is not that good!!! Food temperature was not that great, and the sandwich was less impressive in this new $5 meal deal. The GloRilla deal was always perfection!!!!! I miss the $4 meal deal!!!!!! BRING IT BACK

Raw chicken tenders after a 6+ minute wait. Cook your food right and know what sandwiches you’re making. Seems like all this place cares about is getting you in and out of the drive through as quick as possible without making sure your food is correct. Will throw whatever they want on your sandwich. This isn’t the first time they have messed up my food and will not be returning. Don’t care.
