Old school no frills eatery. Had the double cheeseburger and fresh cut fries. Ordered the fries crispy and they were cooked perfectly. Everything came out hot and delicious. The burger was especially tasty, what I usually refer to as a diner style burger. Fries could use seasoning but a lot of places leave that to the customer so I don’t mind. Finished with a piece of strawberry cake which was also delicious. The waitress offered to heat the cake up which I declined but would opt for next time as the desserts are kept in a cooler, making the cake and frosting a little stiff. But overall, no real complaints. Service was fast and very friendly and prices are more than reasonable.

Driving through town we found a fantastic restaurant that is a little worn around the edges, but definitely a 5 star lunch. We had the Greek Wrap (chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, feta cheese, and Greek seasoning) we opted for fries (hand-cut fresh potatoes) instead of chips. Both the homemade desserts – peanut butter pie and cherry pie were out of this world good! Heather, our server was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back. Reasonably priced great food and wonderful service. Good place for groups and kids.

The food here was the best, no other words are needed. I got the chili cheese burger, and everything about it was good. I’m not really a fries guy, but they are good tasting, and there are a lot of them. If you live near here and want to try possibly the best food in town, this place will fit your needs, and then some.

I got gyro wrap, had way too much sauce that overpowered everything, my wife got a chicken sandwich, was raw, and sent back told not to put mustard on both, and they put mustard on it. Father in law got chicken fried chicken with gravy, and he wasn’t very happy with his meal either. Very friendly waitress and nice atmosphere. Went there due to high ratings by the locals. They must’ve had better meal than us, I’d go somewhere else for my money.

It seems with every meal you get a moutain of fries that are pretty good. What got me though was the owner (not George) was on the floor bringing out food and clearing tables and just being a good host. Also very affordable.

Ordered the cheese burger w fries and the chili dog. The hand formed patties were tasty, but the burger was very small. It didn’t stay very warm. Also, fries were cold, which makes them hard to eat. Maybe time of day and crowd had an effect on the fries being cold. You do get a large portion of fries. The chili dog was very good and fries were cold also. Good enough to give another try. Other items appear good on the menu as well.

Everything was great except for the pecan pie. It was okay, but would not order it again. Loved the Philly and the big portion of old fashioned fries. Daughter loved the club sandwich and my mother really liked the cheeseburger and fries. Will definitely go back.

Delicious! Amazing! Exactly what I needed—great comfort type food, the best Colorado Bulldog I’ve ever had and the friendliest staff.
The bacon was the bomb—smoked there on site.
Don’t pass by the dumpy building. We thought they were defunct. Inside, it’s still simple, but nicer.
The food was really great and filling while not breaking the bank.
