Unacceptably slow for a fast food restaurant. I pulled into the drive-thru at 12pm and left with my food at 12:33pm. The customer in front of me sat at the speaker for a long time without anyone taking their order, so I guess they’re understaffed. Food was fine when I finally got it.

i love wendy’s food and the food quality at this location has always been good for me. i’m not sure who the manager of this establishment is but they need to fire everyone and hire new staff. everytime i come here im waiting 15+ minutes for a simple chicken sandwich and they amount of times my order has been wrong is crazy. 2 stars because food is good but service is terrible.

I went through the drive through at 11pm on 2/28/2026 and a young lady came on the intercom and said “give me a minute to take your order “ the next thing I heard was “ what do you want?”. I didn’t say anything then I guy comes on the intercom and repeated the same thing. I said,”are you talking to me?” He said “yeah!”. I gave my order and I pulled around and the young lady with greenish blue streaks in her hair was certainly mad about something because she had an attitude the whole time while giving my food. He and the tall white guy with curly hair were standing there arguing. Just not a good experience.

Fries were so old they were inedible. The amount of condiments on the burger were ridiculous, 10 pickles,3 tomatoes, and the amount of mayonnaise was pretty gross.

Kathleen took the extra time to make our late night visit at the drive thru very special. She ensured the order was correct and made the food fresh and checked each bag to ensure everything was correct. I hope that you take care of her and recognize that she is an all star!

Google says they’re closed at 12am but they really close whenever they feel like it and they leave their end of DoorDash open so drivers show up just to have their time wasted. I went there just after 10pm and not a person in sight or light on. Time before that they said they weren’t doing orders anymore at 10:45 but had 5 employees sitting in the dinning area doing nothing

After living in Roanoke for years and every Wendys there being a disaster, this is the best Wendys Ive been to in a long time. Actually getting burger buns and wrappers not coated in grease and more importantly, correct orders!
