We’ve gone here for years but last night was our best experience yet!!
First of all our waitress couldn’t have been better. She stayed on it with our refills & my husbands bar orders.
Our cook had a great personality, cooked amazing & we never had to ask for more sauce. He was great!!!! I don’t know his name but he wore a starwars mask & hat.
Wonderful experience. We hope to get them both again!

We had a great dining experience it was our family’s first Hibachi. Our chef was great. Watching him make it all look easy and entertaining all at the same time. The wait staff was great. The experience was top-notch. Highly recommend!! You definitely won’t leave hungry.

Food was absolutely delicious! Service was above and beyond! Cody is hands down the best hibachi chef we’ve seen. He’s very cool, friendly and entertaining, and he really spices up the food differently than any hibachi we’ve ever had. Kosé was equally awesome, made us laugh, made great food suggestions and was constantly attentive. These two guys really made it a great experience here, and we will be requesting them when we go back… VERY SOON!

We had such a great time. The atmosphere was excellent, the employees were very friendly and very helpful, it was definitely worth the cost. They do a very nice presentation, and crack some jokes and kind of throw food around while they are preparing your dishes. I will be back⭐

The cook, Mike, was awesome and his food was amazing. However, the waitress was borderline rude and behave annoyed like she was having a bad day and doing us a favor. You’re in customer service, we came here to decompress. Put on a smile for your customers, then deal with your issues out of sight. Even my daughter who’s birthday it was called it out to us.

I was greeted by Veronica and she was very nice. She took our order and got our drinks. Kyle was our special cook for the evening. He was very nice and good looking. He entertained while he cooked and I enjoyed it. The food was excellent. I ordered the chicken and shrimp and had to get a takeout. The vegetables tasted great also. An enjoyable evening was had.

It was descent food, not the best. I got a crunchy roll with was deliciously crunchy, I enjoyed it, but honestly I’ve had way better. Maybe it was the time of day, which was around 1 pm, but the food was very sub par, I also got the steamed dumplings, yet it lacked any flavor, and I was quite disappointed. Wished I had gotten the fried rice with shrimp, which looked big and delicious, don’t waste your time on the basic rolls or the dumplings. I’d say service also was okay, our waitress was very kind, just seamed hurried in a way. Though we were seated nearly in the front, I hated having the door to where the sunlight blinded you. This restaurant was also kind of warm and lacked decor. Just kind of empty and sad.

We had an amazing dining experience at Shogun’s. The hibachi chef was not only skilled but also incredibly entertaining, making the meal fun and interactive. Our chef went above and beyond to ensure our boys had the best dinner EVER!

Took them forever to greet us when we walked in, Once we were seated they shoved three of us into a table that only had one spot left even though there was open hibachi tables so we had no arm room the whole time couldn’t hear our own conversations because there was too many people around us at our one table ,then once our chef arrives he’s mainly focused on and older gentleman who says he goes there frequently the whole time ,I tried to ask for extra eggs on my plate and he didn’t hear me multiple times but heard the older gentleman and even though i had a chicken plate with no veggies he gave me the least amount of chicken on my plate out of everyone. Overall i was very disappointed with my visit i felt ignored by my chef and crammed into the table i could barely take a bite without bumping the person next to me and couldn’t enjoy talking with my family because all i heard was the strangers at my table i was crammed into.
