43 min wait time at counter for a Dr Pepper. It was sitting for at least 30 mins the ice melted. Every time I go in this McDonald’s I see at least 1 person screaming about their order. I saw a police officer once stuck in line in front of me for 30+ mins and he used sirens and lights to get out! If you see 5 cars in the drive thru expect to wait at least 30 minutes.

If you’re thinking about ordering from the drive-thru just dont. Being trapped in line for 50 minutes..fifty. five, zero, minutes. For a subpar overpriced burger and a handfuls of fries and still get the wrong order and be asked to pull aside to have them bring out the correct order 10 minutes later is crazy work.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. We hardly come to this mcdonalds because we always have just a horrible experiences. It had been just about 1 year since we last came and they continue to do a horrible job. Do better….I understand it’s a fast food restaurant but my god stuck in the double drive through for 30minutes + ain’t it……

Took someone 10 minutes to take my order. When I finally placed my order person taking it was all confused. Finally got my order (2 McChicken biscuits 2 sausage McMuffins and 3 hash browns)says it right there on my receipt…. drove home to Parlier opened up my bag and I had 2 sausage biscuits 2 sausage McMuffins no chicken at all…. you people think you deserve 20 dollars an hour? No Mcdonalds don’t send me a link I will not use it. I suggest no one uses the link they will send you to “rectify” this either. They will sell your information

Order online @ 12:08. Checked in at 12:12 App notified me that my order was on its way curbside at 12:25. Received my reward points at 12:29. Never received my order. Walked in and told them. Staff took a picture of my order. Given my order at 12:43. I will not be coming back to this location.

Honestly the wait is pretty long but in the end it’s all worth it, the food is pretty good, I can tell that the workers are really stressed out so maybe if the customers were a bit more patient everything would run smoothly, over all I think this place is “OK” it could be better but you get what you get so don’t complain. Btw chicken nuggets 10/10

This place is beyond slow and absolutely abysmal service. Customers wait to ask or to order and not once does a worker come by and offer assistance. Multiple people remain standing around looking at who knows what while the lines grow and people go without food. Mcdonalds is fast food but this place takes half hours or more to get a simple order out and even then it comes out wrong!! This place needs to get themselves straight. Absolute god awful place!!

This is what needs to happen to ALL the employees (legitimately get replaced by people who care). They all hate their jobs and don’t want any customer service. Somehow they’re at a 2.9 rating here. They should be paying us to come eat here bc it’s been so bad for so long lol

This place seriously needs to get a grip. The employees are beyond rude. Orders take 30-40 minutes to complete, and are almost always wrong. I witnessed a long line behind the cash register with customers waiting to get their orders taken for 10+ minutes, and the employees ignoring literal children at the pick up counter as well. I get that they’re busy, but that is no excuse to treat the customers so poorly. Either train the employees better or hire new ones. The restaurant is always dirty and smelly inside too.
