Went through drive thru last night. Took a little bit of time to get our food, however, when I did it was very fresh. The chicken in my pecan chicken salad was hot off the grill-salad greens were crispy and fresh as well. My husband declared his hamburger meal to be “good” (that was a good sign). Fries were hot. The young man that served us at the window was very competent. Finally, when we drove away and looked in the bag, everything was right.

I am writing to share a detailed account of a recent visit to one of your Wendy’s locations that fell significantly below the standards I associate with the brand. As a customer who values consistency, cleanliness, and professional service in quick-service dining, this experience was particularly concerning.
During my visit, I observed lapses in basic food safety practices. The general manager on duty was not wearing a hair restraint while working, and I later discovered hair in my food. When I calmly brought this to her attention and requested a refund, my request was denied without adequate explanation or acknowledgment of the issue. From a guest perspective, this response was both disappointing and inconsistent with acceptable food service protocols.
Beyond the food safety concern, the overall professionalism of management appeared lacking. The general manager’s interactions with staff were dismissive and unprofessional, which contributed to an uncomfortable atmosphere in the dining room. A restaurant’s leadership sets the tone for both employees and guests, and in this case, the tone was noticeably negative.
I also wish to note an additional concern regarding another manager at this location. On a separate visit, a strong and unpleasant odor was noticeable upon entering the restaurant, to the extent that my family and I considered leaving. Cleanliness and personal hygiene are essential components of a positive dining experience, especially in a food service environment.
Taken together, these issues suggest deeper management and oversight problems at this location. The experience did not reflect the operational standards or guest care typically associated with Wendy’s, and it raises questions about training, enforcement of health guidelines, and workplace culture.

I’m writing because I had a really bad experience at this Wendy’s location, and it needs to be addressed.
The general manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. The way she spoke to employees was disrespectful, and it made the whole place uncomfortable. She also wasn’t wearing a hair net while working, and I found hair in my food. When I asked for a refund, she refused, which is unacceptable given the situation.
Overall, her behavior made it clear that this store is poorly run. The environment feels toxic, and it’s obvious that management does not take customer service or basic standards seriously.

They made me stand at the counter and wait, and wait, and wait for so long I gave up and went one block more to Burger King. The Wendy’s server kept saying we have a bunch of doordash orders but there was no one there to pick them up so wouldn’t take my order till someone shows up for those. Good bye Wendy’s and never again!
At Burger King I was greeted nicely walking in and I was back out with my food in less then five minutes. That’s how it should get done!

Cashier was very friendly and helpful.
Food was ready within 5 minutes of ordering, Burger was missing pickles, however.
Dine-in area is quite clean, however the drink station was a tad bit messy.
Still, 5/5 stars. Great place!

Ordered off UberEats from this Wendy’s – NO sauces on any of the burgers. One was supposed to have ketchup, while the other was supposed to have ketchup and mustard. NO Straw for drink. NO ice in drink. The large fries had BROKEN SALTINE CRACKERS just sitting on top of the fries and at the bottom of the bag.

It’s not that hard to pay attention to what you’re SUPPOSED to be making. Whoever you have there at this time of night on Mondays needs to be retrained or fired.

I was coming through the drive-through you told me you were closed if I could come in and order the man that made my large chili put his hands right in the bowl yes that went in the trash $18 down the drain I’m not the kind of person to cause a scene in a restaurant as I was leaving. I see the drive-through is full how funny I will never be back.
