The service at this location’s drive thru was very fast the last time I was there. I can’t remember receiving my food that quickly at any other drive thru restaurant I’ve ever been to. It was very impressive how quickly I was able to order dinner for the family and be on my way with the food. Also, the supremes, biscuits, and fries were very hot and fresh. I recommend this location for fast friendly service and great food!

Unfortunately, every time I go to the drive thru my order is not right. This happened again last night when I stopped to grab dinner. It’s to the point where I have to check the food in front of them at the window before driving off, since I’ve made it all the way home in the past before realizing my order was wrong. It’s frustrating when you pay money but don’t get the correct order. I have worked in customer service, and I completely understand how grueling it can be and how rude customers can be. However, giving someone a hard time for asking for extra honey mustard is just ridiculous. This has happened to me at the drive thru several times. Like, do I need to pay extra for another honey mustard?
Last night I asked for three sweet teas and they gave me three unsweet teas with no ice. The week before they gave me only two meals when I ordered three. I love their food, but it’s to the point where I feel like I’m wasting money by eating there, since I can never get what I actually ordered. Not to mention, you’re spending about $30 for three people to eat fast food. At the very least, your order should be right.

Food, service and overall experience was amazing! I only come home once every few years and when I do I eat Bojangles every day! In 3 days this location is the best one of the 3! Fresh HOT and ready food and I mean ALL OF IT! The chicken, the fries, the rice and look at the cobbler! Amazing!
The service was just as good as the food! I sat inside so I could eat and get some paperwork done as well for about 2 hours and watched them constantly come out to the dinning room and clean tables even when I was finished she took my tray for me! I’ve been eating Bojangles ALL my life and haven’t had service this good at one period! Hell I’m a Chef and our servers could learn something from this place! I’ll be back again tomorrow!

Food has been pretty fresh the few times I’ve been there, so it’s hard to complain on that part. It took awhile to get our food the last go round, but it was busy and I imagine the workers were short staffed. Either than that, I thought it was a nice atmosphere with good food you want from your Bojangles.

WOW, WOW, WOW! I don’t know what has changed but I love it! I’m a frequent flyer at this Bojangles and it has always been good but these last couple of months….let’s just say I am loving the change! This location frequently makes mistakes in our orders. Today was the worst– there should have been a total of 5 orders of fries, but there was not a single fry to be found when we got home and unpacked our food. They also forgot our bo rounds. I’m tired of picking up food, getting home, and finding out that a big part of our order is missing. The meals in the photos should have included fries, but there’s absolutely none.

Every time I have come, since I moved here, they have forgotten crucial elements of my order. The first time it was Mac n cheese and straws and sauce. The second time it was sauce and straws. Today it was peach cobbler, sauce and.. straws !!! They gave me one for 3 drinks. I literally don’t understand what is so hard about this. Terrible drive through service.
