Ate here with my family, and everything tasted amazing! We ordered steamed gyoza, the “Batman” sushi, and ramen (kotteri broth with grilled chashu). We really enjoyed our meal. Our server was very attentive and always made sure our water was refilled. My husband also ordered their hot sake.
The sushi and ramen are a must-try! Highly recommend this place to ramen and sushi lovers in the Springs.

Cute little spot that plays fun Japanese music! I recognized a lot of it from anime etc. The servers here were really nice.
I got a kotteri (tonkotsu with garlic & sesame) ramen with grilled chashu (thick pork slices). It was ok to me, a little on the sweet side. Not very traditional, but decent enough. The egg was perfectly jammy. I asked for a side of chili oil and that was bomb! It added some great spicy-savoriness to my ramen.
Overall a decent spot.

Great lunch spot with fast service and excellent food!
Went here with four colleagues during the lunch hour and we were all genuinely impressed. Service was extremely fast and efficient without feeling rushed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well presented—everything came out hot and tasted great. Portion sizes were solid for the price too.

If you work at or are visiting Peterson Space Force Base, this place is only 5 minutes by car away, making it a perfect lunch option.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for good sushi, ramen, and quick service in the area. Will definitely return.

First time trying Osae Sushi Ramen Bistro and we loved it! The Ichiban roll was super fresh and flavorful, the chashu bowl had perfectly tender pork, and the spicy miso ramen had just the right kick. We also tried the green tea mochi ice cream and it was delicious! Cozy vibe, friendly service we’ll definitely be back!

Food: We ordered several rolls of sushi. they were pretty good, just nothing super special despite some being $16-17.95… the ramen/noodle dishes were the worst. We got the tonkatsu ramen with fried gyoza. The gyoza was average, but the broth did not taste like tonkatsu, not a very brothy flavor, and it tasted more like miso paste mixed with chicken broth or something. It did not look creamy like typical tonkatsu is. The worst was the black garlic ramen (kotteri). The first thing we noticed was how burnt it smelled and then how bitter and burnt the actual broth tasted. We understand what black garlic broth is supposed to taste, but it was burnt. The chicken karaage appetizers were really good though.
Service: average, no one refilled anything, and the waitress seemed extremely disinterested in us
Atmosphere: it’s fine. average. dim lit

We came in from Kansas City to hike- craving sushi. Found this little gem on a search, it was close to our hotel and had good reviews. Unfortunately, I recently had one of the most amazing ramen experiences in KC with a craft menu from Menja SUGURE and the 2019 Michelin Guide as the ‘best 100 in east Japan’. That said, this food was very, very good. This place isn’t about atmosphere but good, solid food. We had the spicy garlic edamame, miso soup, pork based ramen with thinly sliced pork and 2 rolls, the Rainforest and Shrimp tempura. For a Monday at 6pm the restaurant only has 2 tables open. My husband thought the check was very reasonable. I’d come back and recommend you try it as well.

My family and I have been coming here since 2019. As far as food goes, there is no better ramen in the state of Colorado. The sushi is also so good (Osae Roll or Ichiban is my favorite) that you can get that with or in lieu of ramen. The service is amazing. It is a family owned establishment. We have asked why they haven’t expanded and the owner said it’s because he cares about quality control and wants to ensure every bowl that leaves his kitchen meets his standard. The owner has taken the time to personally greet us every time we have stopped by and has a way of extending that warm familial welcome.
For seven years we have been coming here and for seven years they have provided authentic food with quality service!

This is the best sushi place in town. I have been coming here for a couple of years and the food has always been amazing. Perfectly cooked and the salt and pepper calamari is like nothing that I have ever had before. The cheese wonton are super creamy and always so good. I usually have the Peterson Road sushi and it is great. I have tried a lot of the menu and it is awesome. You need to try this place and learn what great food is in Colorado Springs.

Went there for the first time. There’s a ton of things to try from the menu. 9/10 would recommend, each roll is ~$15 but the portions are decent. Recommend the Takoyaki for an appetizer. Would come back again
