I very rarely eat here, maybe once or twice a year, because every time I have the food is ridiculously bad.
There is very little food provided actually provided. Everytime, a burrito is mostly rice, or beans, depending on what you order. The tortillas are almost always stale.
If you’ve ever eaten at a good taco bell, you’ll realize just how bad this place is.
Crunchwrap the width of my pinky, and that was mostly lettuce! Burrito was miniscule, with stale tortilla and containing mostly rice.
I recommend spending your money elsewhere.
I won’t be coming back during day shift. Everytime I come here during the day, my food is always stale, or my food items are broken. Night shift has yet to disappoint me. Night shift is 5 stars, day shift is 3 stars at best.
I have been here multiple times and every time has been great!
I always get the chalupas and I hope they stay on the menu!!
I had two mobile orders that were placed back to back. The reason for that is because every time we order them together everything is just thrown together, unmarked, in one bag or on one tray and we have custom orders so it is hard picking through finding food. This should not be up to the customer to have to pick through and find it especially if they are combos or customized. At the least they can be marked. On top of this issue, they messed up the order twice and my daughters still there waiting for 10 minutes, listening to non-stop complaining about someone in drive through wanting their stuff separate for the same reason I made two mobile orders. When I told the staff, my food is wrong, they got irritated, throwing in the trash and aggressively grunting saying I didn’t know you had two mobile orders as if they couldn’t see the orders right there on the screen with my name. The rudeness was completely unnecessary and in front of my daughter, which I have for the holidays is not only unforgivable, but the reason I will not ever come back to this location. She’s from out of state visiting and felt completely disrespected. Staff offered no resolution and acted like children scoffing when I said, I would speak to the general manager.
