However, lately, the food and service have been subpar. For example, I receive cold or missing items, and the service is rushed. They even forgot to include napkins twice. This has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, as I used to look forward to my meals. I’m hoping they can address these issues soon to restore the quality I once enjoyed.

I was blown away by how fast my food was ready & CORRECT so I finally came to make a review.
The woman taking my order at the drive-thru was polite, helpful, and got all my custom orders right. I pulled forward to the window, paid, & by the time they were handing my card back they handed them the bag with my finished order. And GET THIS, it was ALL correct. Over 10 items!
I was just very impressed with this team & wanted to share since it seems people only bother to review when they have a bad experience & rarely for the good ones. I don’t know about others’ interactions at this location but I’ve always had a good experience here.

Service- Cody was asked what came in the protein bowl and decided to openly burp before speaking and laughed about it, never said excuse me or any apology, remind you he was at the table where food is prepared and assembled… the tall black gentlemen was very nice as well as the new front counter male who came from Walmart. 2/5 only for the two males who were nice and friendly..
Atmosphere- All tables were dirty, drink station was dirty, trash was full, trays not cleared from the trash area, it is absolutely freezing in there, floor could be kept up as well!

When the drive thru gets 100% focus and those who are dining in stand there for 8 minutes before being told to “just use the kiosk” instead of being assisted?? That’s unacceptable. Especially when some of us aren’t using the kiosk due to vision issues. When this was explained, her response was “oh well, you’ll have to wait then” — at the 10 minute mark, I left and went to the other location. They ACTUALLY SERVE their customers EVERY time

I’m a Door Dash driver. I waited over 15 minutes for a customer order and finally asked them why it wasn’t ready. The counter person told me they got slammed with walk in customers and the policy is to push Door Dash orders to the side and take care of the walk in’s first. Well that’s a BAD policy. We represent customers and pushing our orders aside costs us money and makes our customers food unnecessarily late.

There’s been a lot of improvement on the taco bell menu and i’m really like in those street tacos. I waited on them a little while to take my order inside at the register, but once they did they did a good job and the food came out very quickly and tasted great. Side note: The outside appearance of this location would benefit from a little extra attention. Good food though

Had a time or two where the chalupa bread was a bit hard/tough, but we usually always have good service from the people that work there. Inside and drive through (we prefer walk in) the workers have always been really nice and helpful, and we’ve gotten our food very fast as well. I know reviews are mixed on this location, but we typically go in afternoon/early evening time.
