Always consistent, good quality food. At other fast food places, whether your fries are hot or not is always a concern. At Five Guys, my fries were fresh and almost too hot to eat at first. That’s not a complaint, btw. Burgers are completely customizable to your specific tastes.

Don’t get five guys too often but on the occasions I have it’s usually been pretty good. I don’t know if today was an off day or just this location but the fries were particularly soggy and oily and had no crisp to it at all. Burger bun wasn’t particularly soft either. But it was toasted and the burger patties were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Good condiments on it. But the fries were a huge disappointment. I know with the amount that they give you it’s probably something we shouldn’t complain about but you want your fries crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside and not completely bogged down with oil. You could squeeze the fries and see the oil coming out. Other than that great service good atmosphere maybe it’s because they were busy but still not an excuse.

I’ve heard amazing things about how five guys has gluten free fries so I was extremely excited to try them out. I looked online it stated that there was no wheat/gluten in them so I went in person to verify if it was actually celiac safe. I was extremely upset with my in person interaction. They weren’t necessarily rude but they clearly had no clue what I was talking about. They said that the fries were not gluten free but I feel like they may have said that because they weren’t really understating the topic. I asked to speak to someone else who might know but they just looked confused and asked someone behind them who said no. I am not sure if I was speaking to a manager but I wasn’t really comfortable asking because they seemed really put off and not interested in helping when I asked. Again they weren’t mean but they were not budging to help me in any way :/
From a Celiac girl, can I please get an answer if these fries are actually gluten free and maybe I’ll come back…all though I fear if I asked them to change their gloves to scoop/handle the fries they might flip out.

I just paid $27 for what used to be a fantastic burger and value. This organization used to give you enough fries for two grown adults even on take-out orders. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with pickles, onions, BBQ sauce, and mayo.
No drink, no shake, and it came to $27. 300 lbs of auto scrap metal is around $30.

I am sitting here after just receiving my order. I have the privilege of watching the team behind the counter operate. They are all working together and getting the job done. So impressed. We live in a world where customer service lost its value. Covid hit, and we were faced with take it or leave it circumstances. The customer is no longer always right. Now I look for places that get it done right the first time and here is where it’s at! This guy is running the show, if you read this and see him, let him know he is setting a good example for leadership and quality!

This place got bad again. It has been pretty good over the years but suffered from bad food in 2021, that got fixed and now it’s been really bad again in Jan 2025. My 3 orders have all had something wrong or missing. I’m getting big chunks of white iceberg lettuce with no green at all. The fries are not overflowing the cups like they should. The food just seems worse overall too but it might be because I’m eating it all with a side of disappointment. We’re giving up on this place for the rest of 2025. Hopefully they fix their issues by next year.

This is normally my favorite place to eat, I’m not against five guys at all,but this specific location is going down hill. I eat here 6-7 times a month normally, but each time it’s getting worse and worse and I haven’t been going as often because the next closest location is far from me.People working here never change their gloves, I like my burger plain, I’m always getting some sort of onion/ketchup or some surprise on it, I even watch them make order after order without changing them, sometimes I see them wipe them on their apron, which in my eyes is even worse.The last several times they have not salted or put Cajun on the fries when ordered that way, they are often raw as well, even when asked to make them well done. But this time, even the burger was horrible. Burnt to a chip, not even edible, crumbled when picked up. Complete waste of 30$
