Stopped in today while juggling a hectic day with the kids, and I just want to recognize the outstanding professionalism and kindness of the team here. The manager handled everything with patience and genuine care, and it honestly turned my whole day around.
On top of that — the food looked AMAZING. Easily the freshest, best-prepared Bojangles meal I’ve ever received. Everything was hot, cleanly packaged, and clearly made with pride.
Customer service like this matters, and this team absolutely delivered. Thank you for setting the standard.

I love bojangles and have 0 issues with it until last night, we ordered a bochicken sandwich combo and a 2 piece supreme. The fries were brown and not because of the really good seasoning they were burnt and not like some, it was all of them. I ended up receiving a Cajun filet sandwich which was absolutely slathered in mayonnaise like I was just astounded at how much mayo they dumped on my sandwich. I also ordered a cheddar bo biscuit which was raw though I am cooking it this morning and eating it because they so good. Then on top of that we got a Dr pepper and sweet tea, somehow I got an Arnold palmer and Pepsi?now I completely understand if they were busy, like ive worked a few years in fast food, but there was maybe 3-4 cars in the drive thru at like 8pm but this was just obvious that the employees just either don’t care or are brand new and I hope it’s that because again I love bojangles

My insanity ends today. I don’t know why I thought things would get better. I order a Pepsi Zero and get a regular Pepsi after repeating my order twice. Ask for no mayo and get mayo. Figured it out after the first bite and let my wife have the rest. You can see the mayo in the picture. Asked for no tomato and could smell and taste the tomato they removed. Good thing I am not allergic. I’m done with this location.

I just need to stop coming here… It never ceases to amaze me how you can have a line going out the door and a line wrapped around the building and still get cold, old fries…
One would think that they’d be hot and fresh. No. Mealy and leathery at barely body temperature. One can only reason that they just make buckets of them and just leave them out on the counter. It’s not okay.
What’s even worse is the biscuit. Chicken was fine but I had to scrape that raw dough paste off it. There’s a lot more color in this photo than it appears. This place is supposed to be known for its biscuits…

Went to this location yesterday. Food was great! The manager at the time was awesome! He was supporting his staff, front and back line! His energy and enthusiasm was amazing! I even complimented him personally! If more managers were like him maybe more people would work and enjoy their jobs! His comment back was “they help me out too! I had to help at another location and they come in on their day off!” Thats team work!

I ordered a salad, the lady at the counter tossed (literally) me a bag with a sandwich of some sort. I told her there was a mistake, I ordered a chicken salad. She took the bag and tossed it on a rack behind a glass partition. After standing for a few minutes realized I had been put in the penalty box by a young girl I ask to just give me what ever was in the bag. She tossed it to me. The restaurant is not recommended. Pay wino wages, get wino labor.
