I never thought I would be giving a google review for Taco Bell. However, last night I had a huge craving for a chicken cantina taco at about 10:30 pm . Upon arriving I noticed a menu item the new dip and nachos. I asked the person taking my order if it was good. To which she replied , yes. I decided to get 2 chx cantina soft tacos, chips & dip and a drink. I pulled up paid. I then decided to tell her how I was laying in bed and got up for this ridiculous craving. To my surprise she engaged pleasantly and we laughed about sometimes you just need a taco. I am going to assume this craving was god telling me I needed Taco Bell from this location. When I tell you this was the best meal from Taco Bell in my life……….. the tacos were so delicious the meat was warm and the cabbage was cool and crisp. The tacos weren’t thrown into the bag. They were neat and what felt like hardy. These tacos must have been made with love because bayyyybayyyyy this almost made me want to turn around and get more but I restrained myself. This whole team deserves a raise. It’s never happened that I have gotten fast food from anywhere and I walk away saying I need to write a positive google review for TACO BELL. The whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish and fast food workers are under appreciated. I hope this is seen by corporate and the team last night gets the recognition they deserve.

Has really gone down hill since I was here last. As a matter of fact my last trip here over 6 months ago I had the nicest drive through guy ever in the history of drive through. This time they were a lil short w/you were out of half the menu and you had to pull around and wait. But maybe they had got slammed and were short staffed who knows. Ill still be back.

This is a good Taco Bell. I’ve been eating here probably once a month for the last Several years and it occurred to me today after getting home with my perfectly prepared drive-through order that I’ve never had a single issue at this Taco Bell. I always get my whole order exactly the way I asked for it. Food is always hot and fresh. They are doing a good job there.

When did Taco Bell stop cooking or frying chalupa’s Ordered two not cooked, cold/raw had no sour cream, had very little meat, lettuce and cheese, 1 bite it was was just doughy. i had the best crunch wrap supreme at this taco bell location. it was extremely flavorful, and filled generously with meat, sauce, and other toppings. it was so easy to order and the food came out very quickly. even though it was late at night when i ordered, the quality of my meal did not disappoint. if i lived closer i would exclusively go to this location.

Menus all over the place. One have to look for specials. Tables were dirty no paper towels in restroom. This is after 1pm and lunch rush. Staff was working and trying to get orders correct. The wait on the food was fast. I was not impressed with volcano special and watermelon freeze drink

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. On my last visit, I ordered a simple Bean and Cheese Burrito, a menu item that I’ve enjoyed in the past, but what I received was far below your usual standards.
First and foremost, the tortilla was an absolute disaster. It was old, tough, and chewy, making it nearly impossible to enjoy. I expect a fresh, soft tortilla that complements the filling, but instead, I felt like I was biting into cardboard. This is unacceptable, especially when a tortilla is such a fundamental part of any burrito.
To make matters worse, the beans were gritty and utterly flavorless. It was as if the beans had been sitting out for far too long and had lost whatever semblance of taste they once had. I’ve always appreciated the savory flavor and smooth texture of Taco Bell’s refried beans, but this time, they were a sad, tasteless, and sandy mess.
Furthermore, I specifically requested extra cheese in my burrito, yet there was barely any cheese at all. The amount of cheese was so minimal that it might as well have been non-existent. If I’m paying extra for a request, I expect it to be fulfilled. The lack of cheese only added to the overall dry, unappetizing nature of the burrito.
Overall, this was a thoroughly disappointing experience. I usually enjoy Taco Bell, but this particular meal was well below what I’ve come to expect from your brand. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and that improvements will be made to ensure that future customers do not encounter the same issues.

My friend and I ordered food from this location and now have been experiencing stomach issues. My friend has it worse than I do. They are experiencing nausea, vomiting, and stomach pains. It appears that we are experiencing food poisoning and this is completely unacceptable. The staff needs to be better trained about food safety as this could result in serious harm to someone else.
