I’ve lived in the USA for 14 years, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a green tea latte as perfect as hers. It’s my absolute favorite. I also tried the green tea cake, orange cake, and cheesecake — each one was unbelievably delicious, full of flavor, and made with so much love.
If I could give her 13 out of 10, I really would.
Bake Me House isn’t just a bakery… it’s a whole experience. ❤️
Another highlight for me is the Japanese cheesecake. It’s incredibly soft, light an absolute must try.
I’m thoroughly impressed. Highly recommended for anyone who loves quality desserts. You won’t be disappointed.!!!
This is my new favorite bakery in Hendersonville! I stop by weekly. My personal favorite is the Basque Cheesecake, and the milk boba tea. However, I’ve tried the Japanese cheesecake, Thai Tea Cake, Crepe cake, Mango shortcake, and the biscoff cookies. Each one is delicious! Emily is always very kind, and the atmosphere is clean and visually appealing.
If you are given the opportunity, you should definitely stop by.
Well, we could not stop eating the cake once we started! The cake was moist with a nice matcha flavor and the frosting was a light and melt-in-your-mouth (and not cloyingly sweet) delight.
Today, I met my daughter at the Bake Me House and we decided to try a selection of what Emily (the owner, sole operator and baker extraordinaire) had available and bring it all home to share.
Here’s what we got:
Mango Short Cake
Basque Cheese Cake (topped a homemade berry jam)
Thai Coconut Cake
Japanese Cheescake
Tiramisu
All I can say is Wow! Every single thing was wonderful.
The fresh mangos in the Mango Cake were ripe to perfection, the cake and frosting were moist and fluffy. The fresh mangos are definitely the star in this cake… An absolute summer delight!
The Basque Cheesecake was perfectly baked with the signature “burnt” exterior and creamy custardy center– topped with a berry jam…just dreamy!
The Thai Coconut Cake surprised me–in the best possible way! The coconut in between the layers of cake was fresh, tender coconut (not dried), the flavor was delicate, and the cake was perfectly moist. With every bite, I loved it even more…
The Japanese Cheesecake was lighter and fluffier than the basque cheesecake, but it was delicate deliciousness in it’s own right!
The Tiramisu had creamy mascarpone and coffee soaked sponge layers, topped with a dusting of cocoa powder. Scrumptious!
If you have not been to Bake Me House, you must go! Now! Go early, because she sells out fast most days. I can see why!
