I just left Popeyes and they bagged my food, I just got to work to open my food, I just started eating my red beans, I ate the first spoon and a voice told me to look down at the second spoon I was finna put in my mouth! A dead roach was on the spoon! I called the manager and he say they don’t have roaches, he didn’t acknowledge what happened, all he said was sorry, I’ll make another one, I’m never going back. Plus I got pictures and you’ll see I just started eating!! Look what’s on the damn spoon I was about to eat!!

I had a pleasant interaction with a young lady that took my order. Brittany Washington was such a pleasure to speak with. This young lady could give lessons on how to treat not just customers, but people. Popeyes may not know it, but she is a true blessing to your company. I’m not sure what her position is, but y’all should seriously consider a promotion and a raise. You do not want to lose her as an employee.

My daughter was starving and I placed the order while I was second in line on the online app… The lady at the drive-through who is always working helped me figure out how to get it paid for and they gave me the hottest chicken and my daughter is eating right now and is going to go to sleep on a full stomach at such a late hour… Thank y’all for being open late… I appreciate y’all… I am the State Representative for the area and I appreciate great service on the north side of Lafayette
