5 Points is one of my favorite places to eat. I think I’ve tried the entire menu at this point. The food and drinks are always top tier and the vibes are excellent. They have a karaoke night that is a great time. I definitely recommend 5 Points to everyone!

1st time going there to pickup food for someone else.no patrons in the 3 pm hour .the tv was too loud!! .older woman tells me the order not ready yet but there is an order sitting in front of her. i wait 15 min then i ask what’s the hold up, she then finally tells me,oh here is ur order right here,the male cook put the wrong name on here. I was pissed that the order had been sitting there the whole time.i hope to never get an order from that place again! They need to turn the tv down and focus on the job!

Wayy better than I expected from reading these reviews. The chicken sandwich, FRESH CUT fries, and onion rings were delicious! Finally a place that uses SEASONING! Plus they had a homemade BBQ. Above all, it was great meeting the owner Garrett who’s taken over his family business. He said they’ve been in business 30+ years! Super down to earth, humble and kind dude. Plenty of regulars popped in and showed love. He took care of us, as we came in late around 9:30 pm after we left a different restaurant down the road as their kitchen closed early. 5 points kitchen stays open late. And in my man Garrett’s words, “5 points is for the people.” Wish I got a pic of the menu as they’re updated and really nice quality compared to the pics I seen on google which were misleading. Chicken sandwich and fries was $13 and a side of onion rings was only $5. Super cool owner named Garrett, really nice dude. Food was def worth it. Don’t let any bad reviews or pics deter you. Stop in and enjoy some good company, good food, and or do pick-up. Thanks for your kindness Garrett. Appreciate you! Y’all support local and give 5 points a shot!

I went for the food, and I must say I ordered the Salmon Alfredo, and it was pretty good.
I’m more of an
Olive Garden type of guy when it comes to alfredo sauce, so
5 Point sauce was a little different for me.
However, it still was pretty good, but more on the cajuny side of things. You most definitely can taste the spices/cajun like taste.
I most definitely will be back, and you get a nice portion size.
Last thing the plate starts off at $24.00 and additional toppings is a la carte, so the website should be updated for sure.
UPDATE SECOND GO AROUND WAS NOT THAT GREAT !!!!
You need to deliver CONSISTENCY ON YOUR PORTIONS!!!
And the pasta didn’t taste the same.
And the older barmaid on Tuesday evening was rude.
Thanks, but no thanks won’t be back, and you wonder why you can’t support BLACK BUSINESS.
They’ll rip you off!!!
At least a real restaurant you can send it back, and they’ll remake it or offer you something else.

For my wife and I the atmosphere was what we were looking for in a quick dine out without the hassle of the kids. The food to say the least was amazing! We both had the Chicken Alfredo and some drinks, this place was the perfect place to have them both. They have a tasty spin on it, seems like a creole style Alfredo without the super spicy touch added, just enough for us non-spicy lovers to enjoy. There was a waiter I believe her name was Catherine, she was older, I can’t remember exactly if that was her name but her customer service wowed both I and my wife. She kept us smiling during an unexpected wait and made us just feel comfortable. The drinks we had were both tasty and buzzing. HANDS DOWN If you want to have some of the BEST Chicken Alfredo in the city this is one of the place to go/order delivery!

I ordered wings and fries on Uber eats and this is what I got! I am beyond pissed! My food was completely burnt and not edible whatsoever! I had to pick around the chicken and don’t get me started on the rotten fries! Completely unacceptable and disgusting!

I got a call from the restaurant saying they were out of pretty much everything I ordered.. literally as I’m walking out the door to go pick it up. Why couldn’t they call me right away to let me know? Could’ve ordered something else ya know? They also said they were going to void the order so I didn’t get charged.. that never happened.. even though I called 3 days in a row. Thankfully my bank took care of the charge. Try to do better.

My husband brought me food home. He said he ordered fried snapper. This is not Snapper, the potatoes look sickly and the rice was just thrown in the container, no seasoning or nothing. We ate here once before and never returned because the food was terrible. Idk what possessed my husband to give them a second try.

Last night would be my 5th time being here, my review is based off me having a good experience 4 out of 5 times.. Food was great, always is. I come here specifically for the Salmon, Baked Potato w/cheese, & Fried Mushrooms! (Kudos to the Chef! ). I had Garlic Parm Wings & fries last time, that was good as well. Drinks were good, I had tequila sunrise! Service on the karaoke side is always amazing. The main side Service leaves a lot to be desired (bartenders are always too busy to take your order and the ones who aren’t act like they don’t see you standing there waiting!) The bathroom needs a LOT of attention. Was very dirty and did not smell good at all.
