Past several times have had problems at this location. Not sure if it’s the staff, not sure if it’s a new owner, not sure what’s going on. First off, They need to put a “PULL UP” sign on their first window or the person taking orders needs to tell you to pull to the second window, because you sit at the first window for about two or three minutes before the workers stick their head out the window looking for you and motion you on to the second window. Then there are little problems like them, not putting silverware in the bag for you to eat your ice cream out of your sundae, no straws for the drinks. Stuff they need to be trained on. I think At their interviews, they literally say you got the job and don’t give them any training at all… That’s just my opinion and the way it looks and the way everything has happened this past several times. I’ve been there to this location.

Today my order was lost at the drive thru. I sat pulled up in the pickup window while Ryleigh went above and beyond. She got all my items for me and came out to make sure we knew about the time line on what was going on. It was extremely busy and she was so kind!!! Thanks again for all your help. Customer service at this location is horrible.
I received the wrong order through the drive through at after realizing I turned around went back tried to exchange it and they refused to give me what I had order. They then requested for me to pay for a whole new order
After I gave them the order back, they refused to even give me that order back. I classify this as theft. When speaking with the manager, she got belligerent and disrespectful. At that time I left the store. Because no one should be treated like that.

Earlier today I had a friend pick up my order while i was at work and my order was all the way wrong i ordered the $5 meal with a large sweet tea and honey mustard for my nuggets but instead i got a large powerade with sweet and sour sauce.
Who is managing this establishment?! This is a mistake that shouldn’t happen.

I placed an order on the mobile app with the last of my money to feed my kids. Then 3 minutes later the order is cancelled by this location and my money is gone. I called this store the phone rang no one ever answered and the app customer service number the only option was a refund in 1 -3 days. Yes I’m getting a refund but with that being my last what am I supposed to do? Horrible customer service. The simple fix would be to reorder it from another store so that the customer isn’t waiting 1-3 days to eat. It didn’t take 1-3 days for the store to take my money. I’ll be deleting the app and we’ll never spend another dime here.

Every time i come i order an mcchicken with extra mayo they usually make it delicious and i have no problems the last time i went they gave me what looked like light mayo. I pay extra .30 for no extra mayo? that’s annoying.
Update because i love mcdonald’s so much i continue to come here and because it’s so close to my house i came again and once again they don’t add the extra mayo. who is running the establishment??! at the point let me train them because i can’t take this anymore.

i loved this mcdonald’s and would come extremely often, until the mexican dude in the drive through routinely hit on me every single time i went. each time it made me uncomfortable and i drove away. he alway made comments about my appearance and flirted after he handed me my food, and each time i would just smile awkwardly and drive away. this is EXTREMELY unprofessional, not to mention this man is clearly grown, and i am a minor. with braces. it’s kind of obvious i am underage.

Mobile curbside ordering here is a mess. Waited over 20 minutes while drive-thru customers were served, then was told my ready order couldn’t be handed to me unless I waited longer or came inside. Ended up canceling. Won’t be back.

Haven’t eaten here in almost 3 years, and my 2 visits reminded me why! I ordered large fries and 20pc nuggets was told to pull forward making new fresh hot fries and hot nuggets….I got a large fry box that was less than half full cold amd mushy from bottom of tray with black burnt flakes on them. The nuggets were cold and hard. Was told 3 minutes and waited 14 for crap and not what I paid for. During the 2nd time breakfast, I ordered big breakfast with hot cakes and 2 extra sausage patties as I split this meal between 3 littles. I didn’t get sausage patty nor the hash brown. Again, stuff I paid for. The pancakes were cold, as were the sausage egg cheese mcmuffin I had gotten myself. The biscutbwas cold and hard. No dinnerware, butter, and jelly were in the bag either. I now drive 30 minutes just for breakfast since our local Hy-Vee took our other choice out of the store. Small town living not at its best
