I visited IHOP this morning around 10:30 on Valentine’s Day for breakfast. We understood it was a very busy holiday, but we did not receive our drinks for about 30 minutes, and it ultimately took close to an hour for our food to arrive. When the food finally came out, it was good, so we do appreciate the kitchen staff for the quality despite the delay.
I do want to give credit where it’s due — our server, David, was amazing. He stayed polite, attentive, and did a really good job considering how busy everything was. He was the highlight of our visit and handled the rush very professionally.
Unfortunately, what made the experience uncomfortable was the hostess, Jennifer. The environment at the front felt hostile because of her attitude toward customers and the staff. Instead of helping support the team during the rush, she repeatedly called out that tables didn’t have drinks rather than stepping in to assist. On a hectic day like Valentine’s Day, a more positive and cooperative approach would have gone a long way. (This is also not the first time this has happened. I’ve had this same experience at this IHOP with the same hostess)
Overall, the food was good and our server did an excellent job, but the long wait for drinks and the unfriendly front-of-house attitude made the visit less enjoyable than it should have been.

I have never walked into a restaurant and seen silverware like this! Where is the hygiene? Just touching the table and we are expected to use this?? I have been a frequent customer of this location but what in the world is going on? Constantly out of this and that. I just can’t fathom why you all are continuing to allow it to be run this way. I won’t even step foot up here at night and now I see the silverware like that. I left. You lost me after this. The server was apologizing but I’m sure it wasn’t their fault.

Mikaela is literally the best. She always checks on us and makes sure we have the best experience. She is super nice and makes sure you have everything you could possibly need. I really recommend coming to iHop and asking for her. She will definitely take care of you. ❤️

My server was Nicole and I must say she made sure my food was hot and my cup never empty. It was bright and early, and I needed that coffee, and her smile and bubbly attitude perked me up before it hit the table. I’ll definitely be coming back for the food and the service!

What really stood out was the customer service. Everyone was patient, helpful, and made the experience even better. One young lady stood out to me her name was Charlen Hester. It’s the kind of place you can come to with family or friends and feel comfortable taking your time and enjoying your meal.
Overall, this was a solid dining experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for good food, great service, and a cozy vibe!

Shout out to IHOP in Thomasville, GA! I had breakfast there this morning and it was fabulous! Had a fajita omelette and pancakes. It was perfect. Great service too. Props to my waitress, Mikayla and the Manager, Fred!!!!

My server viola was wonderful. However she was apparently training and the young lady she was training was very very rude!!!! Whoever the new manager is needs a lesson on hiring people. If this is how she is to your guests when first starting, I for one, will NOT be coming back. The past few months here have been horrible. Every time I come in the store is out of something. There is zero leadership and the night shift is hands down horrible. I won’t come in after 2 pm because of this and I’ve tried numerous times to treat my kids to an evening breakfast and the food takes forever. The servers are ALWAYS on their phones or sitting down on the other side of the restaurant and now new rude help is hired. This place is going down hill fast!

The Server Shariyah was nothing but exceptional, I think she has a phenomenal attitude towards her customers. She Checks in frequently with us and she made sure our food was hot. In my opinion this is the best server there.
