Our second and time back to Ollie’s! Unfortunately we slammed our food too fast to nab a photo. Their burgers are always a delight. Always partial to the jalapeno and the Mac. Also love the chimichanga starters and their queso is good. It’s a brew pub so don’t come in expecting fine day jong. Friendly service and good pub food you will most definitely find.

Ollie’s Pub & Grub in Frisco, Colorado is exactly the kind of local spot you hope to find after a day in the mountains. The bar is cozy and welcoming, with a laid-back vibe that makes it easy to settle in and feel like a regular, even on your first visit. It’s warm, unpretentious, and full of character—the perfect setting for good food and great conversation. The staff at Ollie’s truly sets the tone. They are friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun to be around, creating an atmosphere that feels personal and relaxed. Service is fast without feeling rushed, and the team is always happy to offer recommendations or chat about what’s on tap. It’s the kind of place where the people behind the bar make the experience just as memorable as the food. The local beer selection is excellent, featuring a well-curated lineup of Colorado favorites that pair perfectly with the menu. Whether you’re in the mood for something light and refreshing or a bold, flavorful brew, there’s something for everyone. And then there’s the food—especially the fried pickles and chicken wings. Simply put, they are the best we’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy, flavorful, and addictive, they alone are worth the visit. Ollie’s Pub & Grub is a Frisco favorite we’ll happily return to every time we’re in town.

Service and foots were terrible. Fries burnt. Servers sad 7 words to us. They definitely didn’t want to be there on 12/26. Messed up order. Just absolutely terrible experience. Go anywhere else in frisco.

First time here just passing through and wanted something yummy for dinner. We ordered the bacon macaroni and cheese burger and the nachos! Both items were hot, fresh and delicious! I’m a nachos snob and these didn’t disappoint! Also the burger was cooked perfectly medium, soft and delicious! I would totally come here again!

My ratings are based on comparisons to similar venues. Our food was mostly appetizers to share was tasty and generous portions. They have a large assortment of local craft beers and of course cocktails. Happy hour is 3-5. The place fills as time passes when the dinner crowd moves in. The interior is attractive with lots of wood. They have many tables for large groups. Parking wasn’t a problem on the street and we didn’t have to pay. They did charge 2% for using a credit card. Our group of nine enjoyed our Thursday afternoon visit.

I give a 1 star only because the food was good. We came in on a slow afternoon last week. Our waitress took our order, brought our food – never to return. Every drink refill or need we had to go to the bar to ask for assistance – this includes asking for drink refills, take home boxes and our CHECK! Before leaving, we returned the payment device to the bartender (the payment device we had to ask for in order to pay!) and mentioned to her that we never saw our waitress after our food was brought to the table. She shrugged it off and told us that the waitress left because her shift was over. That was it – no apology – just a her shift was over and she left. Will not be returning. If we weren’t honest people – we could have left without paying and no one would have been the wiser.

Ollie’s is a perfect spot for some amazing food and drinks. Staff is wonderful and always smiling. Hidden gem away from all the touristy, crowded pubs. Atmosphere is kick back chill vibes on a Saturday at 2. Bet its a hopping little spot once the lifts close! Great mountain local vibe. You should check it out.
Southwest chicken wrap is delish!
Long Island was perfect. And I dont say that about many LIITs!

My wife and I stopped in for a couple of drinks while on vacation, leaving the younger kids with our teenagers. They had my favorite—cider beer with a shot of Fireball—which was awesome. The bar service was great, and while we didn’t order any food ourselves, everything we saw coming out of the kitchen looked really good. The atmosphere was solid too—relaxed, fun, and welcoming.

We were a little unsure at first about bringing our kids here since it’s a pub, but after visiting, we feel totally comfortable saying kids would be just fine here for dinner. Overall, a great stop and we’d definitely come back!

Great place with amazing staff. I had the jalapeño chicken, my spouse had the Philly. Both were fine, my chicken a little over cooked. Fantastic server.
