This sonic is the worst song I’ve ever been to. Spent over $30 got four cherry limeade and some food. The cherry limeade had no limes and no cherries. We ate outside trash cans had no garbage cans in them. This location needs some serious training.

Just got home to eat our lunch. I ordered a Jr. Double Cheeseburger and a small order of crinkle fries for myself.
Ya’ll, what a rip off. This burger is basically the same size as a Krystal. Plus, only 1 patty of meat. Pretty sure when it says double, that means 2 patties. Look at this burger!
There were maybe 12 fries in the box.
Not sure I like Sonic anymore. So expensive and the last few times we’ve been, it’s not very good.

I gave 4 stars because I used a 1/2 off deal for the bacon on bacon burger and got… NO BACON. And it was cold, cheese was just slapped on. Customer service fixed and gave the coupon back. On the upside, service was quick and friendly.

Definitely one of the best sonics around for sure, every time i come here the food is always fresh and comes in a timely fashion. The customer service is always a plus as well, all very friendly and in the off chance something gets messed up they are all quick to fix it. I will definitely keep coming here and will recommend this spot to everyone.

I have been to three different sonics in three days ordered the same thing. All I have ordered is a Sprite zero with real strawberries in it Maybe they don’t serve this anymore because there has not been strawberries in them. Maybe it’s been a little pink with a bunch of seeds in all of them. My daughter even asked for extra for me and none I’m not talking there’s a few I’m talking. They dipped the spoon in the strawberry juice and poured in the juice with all the seeds in it . This.has been in Smyrna by Nissan Smyrna near Malco and Lavergne . I just pretty much feel like I’ve been ripped off three times. it was a diet drink I could get with a little, added flavor and a few strawberries to eat! Now I can’t trust to get one any of the sonics around here since it happened with all three of the ones around here!

Not sure why I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for my mobile order to come out. I rushed out on my way after a day of golfing only to experience a cold cheeseburger. Unfortunately, this is not the first issue I have at this location, but I took a chance. Never again. I will go to my other favorite locations where there are no issues.

We get the chilly cheese cony everytime we go.. and each time they get worse and worse… where is the Cheese?? Only one tiny spot on the right side.. No it’s not stuck to the top of the bag. And usually the chilly cheese tots are not all the way across the bottom of the box.. with again little to no cheese.

Just went through the drive-through, spent $24, bought a #1 and #2 for my fam. Pulled off and tasted 1 of the French Fries: Luke Warm. At minimum you should be serving Hot fries. Especially when you are clearly busy. How hard is that?!
