The food was okay, soggy fries but at least the food was hot. The server forgot our drinks, ketchup, and utensils but this was the only one that was open to accommodate us at 2 am so I don’t got too much complaint.

This is definitely one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I come here, my order is always correct and fresh. The staff is very respectful. I don’t know the name of the guy working the window tonight (around 11:45 PM), but I believe he’s a manager wearing a gray shirt. He truly deserves a raise or a higher position—very professional and friendly. We need more customer service like this. 10/10.

some of the nastiest nuggets I have ever had in my life.. they were not even fully cooked and were incredibly greasy. I couldn’t even finish the bite I took, and felt like I was going to be sick afterwards.

Ordered one item and recieved wrong item..Upon returning the expediter had the nerve to say I asked you your order Yes you verified my order yet gave me something different…Its very easy to get this part right people…no one wants to make a turnaround going thru traffic and 2 red lights to return something that should have been right in the beginning. Sandwiches was not fresh and a bit burnt.

Why is this place exist? They they keep on getting the order wrong when I’m telling them to do the exact same thing when I asked them for a cheeseburger to give me a hamburger with pickles I didn’t ask for pickles instead of a large drink they gave me a small drink. I’m sorry this place deserves one star if y’all ever come here and look at the reviews look at this one first.

Worst customer service. Manager named Julian is awful too. We came here for Monday Happy Meal deal today, which ends at 7pm. Got here with 4 little kids with plenty time before 7. Tried to order on the Kiosk but it wasn’t the correct deal price. So we waited at the register to order in person. The register person just ignored us and kept calling numbers for other pick up orders. We finally got her attention and said we wanted to order happy meals. She said it was 7:02pm so she won’t honor the price. We have been waiting at the register! I asked for the manager. He came slowly walking. I explained the situation. He shrugged and said he can’t do anything about it either. They will ignore you until it’s past 7pm and say they won’t honor the price because it’s already past the time. Scam. Do not spend your money here. William’s Trace and Hwy 6 McDonald’s has much better service.

I casually walked in to this McDonald’s to see the now clear & far distance between service actions than the one on Cartwright. The Restaurant Manager there, at Highway 6 & Murphy, had her McDee’s Servers on top of everything. She even allowed for coaching moments to improve on the spot, with a SMILE! Trust, not only did your Server appreciate that balanced attitude when coaching her up, but it didn’t go unnoticed by the Guests in attendance. We are gonna say a much needed prayer and pass the collection plate twice for the inefficiency & bottom tier Guest Service at the other Cartwright location…and everybody who agrees said…”

Always have a problem when I come here! Today they tried to sell me day old cookies. I asked for them fresh at the speaker and paid just for them to give me some hard cookies. The guy told my the oven was broke, so I asked for a refund which he didn’t even refund me the full amount I paid. Had an attitude the whole time while servicing me and rolled his eyes a few times too. I would not recommend this McDonald’s at all. They need to rebuild their team asap

Food was good. I don’t like the order on app and no contact with the employee. I stood at counter for several minutes and no can I help you. She was too fast at giving us food. After it asks for seat table # but I had to go to the counter. Not my favorite McDonald’s experience. Won’t be back
