Always have a terrible experience, don’t even know why I bother returning giving them another chance. The drinks are always terribly made, the baristas always have attitude, and always get nasty when told to remake a drink. Please do better

Absolutely disgusted with the behavior allowed at this location. I had called this location after finding out my wife had soiled herself due to a company policy not allowing the code to be given to anyone but the customers. I understand the need for such a policy, but I am appalled at the behavior of “supervisor Evan.” When I called to figure out how a supervisor could allow this, my wife was insulted with such a phrase as “well most adults should know how to hold it in.” Then, despite not raising my voice once nor insulting anyone (like my wife was), I was told I was the one being rude and I was overreacting. I have always done business here and have made MANY exceptions to their poor service and drink mishaps. Until made right, not anymore.

Visited Starbucks yesterday — vibes were almost right.

The place had a steady flow and the baristas were cool enough, but something in the air was off. Like a subtle spell—everything looked normal, but felt… slightly enchanted. You come in knowing what you want, and next thing you know you’re holding a drink wondering why you even came. It’s like coffee and memory don’t mix here sometimes.

Still, the atmosphere was clean, the drinks hit decent, and it gave me a moment to reset. Not bad at all. Just not the spark I needed.

Could’ve been a 5 if it shook me awake instead of putting me under.
But hey, I was there.
And maybe that’s the point.
Keep moving. Magic or not.

I’ve been ordering from this location for about a year and a half now, mainly out of convenience. Either I pick up the order or somebody else picks it up for me.
This location regularly gets my order wrong. I usually don’t say anything because I’m usually in a hurry, which is why I mobile order to begin with, or somebody was nice enough to pick it up for me and can’t tell if it’s wrong. I noticed this usually happens when I get to the drive thru & let them know I have a pick up order. It’s when they say “oh we’re not quite done with that yet” I already know it’s not going to be right.
I understand, Starbucks is a very busy business, which is why I stuck it out for a year. But the drinks are not cheap and paying for something being mostly incorrect isn’t great.
Today was my last order at this location . The drink I ordered today was no where near full and when I noticed it looked like an ingredient was missing I was told it was hiding under the cold foam.
I’m sorry, but there are so many Starbucks locations around, so convenience will no longer tie me to this location.

Coffee always has way too much ice in it and not even full or made correctly more than half of the time. Sandwiches are always over cooked and hard. I live right next to this location but have to drive to the one on Jefferson instead because of how bad this one is.

I always order ahead through the app so I can just get it picked up and I end up having to go wait in line at the drive through to pick it up. I don’t know why the app doesn’t let me know the lobby is closed so I could just avoid ordering, this is the only location that this happens to me.
