Bartaco has delicious and fresh cocktails, the margaritas and aquafrescas are absolutely amazing. They squeeze all the juice fresh daily. They have all the typical taco spot dishes just with a really fresh and trendy kick. The Salsa was good, the esquites were amazing! We tried a variety of the tacos, the baja fish and carnitas being our favorites. The bartenders were also so great & helpful with recommendations!

What a great place. Jesus behind the bar made me feel very welcome and always came back to check on me. The tamale was a bit dry. They are supposed to be boiled in the corn husk and there’s no reason for them to be dry. It did have a lot of filling in it and was good and the kale salad was very good as well. The price on the drinks for happy hour is a bit high, but this is Aventura after all. Given the choice between restaurants in this neighborhood, I would definitely choose bartaco again.

Great “new age” taco place. The variety is great with everything from shrimp tacos to duck. Portions are spot on (they recommend 3-5 tacos and 3 hit the spot). The Guacamole and chips were also flavorful and a great appetizer and the cucumber salad is unique and delicious.
Staff were extremely friendly and happy to answer questions and make recommendations. If you’re into drinks, the Mojito was also a high recommend.

I am vegetarian and was craving fresh, vibrant food and found it at Bar Taco. Shani was our powerhouse Bar Taco Guru who knew the best combos for food with drinks and how to customize based on our preferences. She was MAGNIFICENT, swift, precise, and perfect! the place has a beautiful decor. with very welcoming and cozy atmosphere. i will definitely comeback for the pork belly taco’s. the pork belly tacos are a must have. they have a little kick at the end. but very yummy. had a few margaritas which were absolutely fantastic light & salty. the aventura location is a must go to. love the the staff and the service. the customer service that i received from heather was 5 stars!!!

Andres was AMAZING. He was so funny and very engaging, never felt so appreciated by a waiter before. And the music?!? Amazing. I loved the reggaeton and salsa, it helped with my experience, made me dance in my chair with a pretty view of the surroundings. If you ever go, get the Baja fish tacos, they taste super good!!!

I have been to bartaco many times and of all my experiences, my waitress Shani was by far the best service I have received. She noticed I didn’t finish my carnitas taco, and immediately took initiative to change it out for me when I didn’t ask her to. She recommended me the passion mojito which I loved. Overall, she was super attentive and you can tell she loves to chat with her guests! Will definitely request her next time

Harley was fantastic! We sat outside and she made the experience even better with her recommendations. She suggested the passion fruit margarita and a few tacos, and everything was incredible. I have gone multiple times to this location and one in Coconut Grove.
The food is always great, my personal fave are the Pork Belly Tacos and the Chorizo Tacos, which pack a surprising amount of flavor.
My particular reason for leaving this review is Shani has been the best at providing customer service. She delivered warm, friendly service, while balancing being attentive without being overbearing. She reads her guests and caters to them by giving exactly the type of service they need.
