We walk into Culver’s and we smell food.
We smell butterburgers and it enhances our mood.
My wife and I are greeted by Serenity.
“May I take your order?” She said pleasantly.
Serenity has her makeup and lashes on fleek.
I compliment her and I look like a geek.
We ordered our food and our custard.
I grabbed some ketchup and forgot the mustard.
The butterburger was juicy and fresh.
The custard was sweet and dripped on my flesh.
Thank you Culver’s for dinner.
This mealtime was a winner.

I never thought I would be writing a bad review on Culvers. I went to N Phelps on 01/20 at 845pm and had the worst drive thru experience of any fast food restaurant! At the order box they asked my first name, I placed my order and the girl was awesome! I get to the window and was left there . Employees walking around with headsets on just cleaning. A young guy was by the window and he looked and took off. I was not acknowledged at all. Nobody took my $ or gave me my drink,nothing but crickets. I sat there almost 5 minutes with nobody coming to the window and got angry and left. I will not ever go to this location ever again! And no, they were not busy with customers at all. There was only 1 car ahead of me in drive thru and a couple people in dining room . This is unacceptable for any establishment!

I ordered 2 simple burgers with fries and cheese curds an hour and a half before close and my burgers were somehow smashed (like squished) in the bottom of the bag under the very light fries and curds. You had to smash my burgers with 2 toppings? That was too much for ya?

I think there’s only been like one or two times that I’ve gone to a Culver’s and it not be just amazing. I love the burgers there. I love how they’re so fresh. All of their ingredients are so fresh and the service there is bar on for a fast food restaurant The employees there are always so nice and helpful and polite and this is probably my number 1 favorite fast food place to get a burger from. Almost anytime I see a sign for this place off the highway I get off and get some food 10 out of 10. Do you recommend every single time. If you’ve never had a butter burger and some cheese curds from here, I suggest you go give it a shot. I also just saw that they came out with some cereal ice cream things that look amazing – they have one with cocoa puffs. They have one with Lucky charms and they also have one with some cinnamon toast crunch and you know what maybe I’ll go get one of those today.

Went to the drive up ordered the 4 pints of flavor of the day and had a free scoop coupon which I said to the girl while ordering. When I got to the window she told me the total which included being charged for what was supposed to be free scoop when I told her her about the mistake I was rudely told next time to tell them that while ordering I told her I had and at that point I told her to just forget the 4 pints and give me the free scoop. For her rudeness I wasn’t about to give them any money I have always had good experiences with Culver’s but in looking at other reviews I see I wouldn’t recommend this one

This Culver’s is an excellent location. They agreed to stay open well past their closing time of 10 PM for my daughter’s theater company. The cast wanted to meet up at this Culver’s after their performance on a Saturday evening. The staff seemed genuinely happy to accommodate dozens of patrons past closing time. The service and food were excellent.

I try to avoid giving negative reviews but unfortunately I’ve had more bad experiences than good at this restaurant. I’ve had 2 times where my mobile order was “stolen,” 3 times that my mobile order was completely forgotten, and innumerable times it’s been completely wrong or missing items. Tonight (11/1/25) was honestly the last straw, and we won’t be going back. I went through the drive thru and ordered a classic triple butterburger plain with swiss and bacon for my son. First, instead of what I’d ordered, they gave me a single with nothing on it. I hadn’t left yet so I went back through to have them replace it. After I got home, we discovered they’d given us a triple covered in mushrooms, which weren’t at first visible as they were under cheese in between layers.

This is the second time we’ve been to this location in the past couple months and I am surprised at the lack of customer service, knowledge, and cleanliness of the restroom/restaurant. Our last experience was very much the same! We will not be returning to this location!
The scrolling marquee mentioned “$1 off butterburger baskets”, yet when I asked about this the cashier she had no knowledge of this nor did, who I presume to be, the manager. He came back giving me an excuse that “coupons are sometimes hidden within emails” and again I stated it was in their scrolling marquee. I commented that in the bathroom you can hear the drive thru customers and someone else asked about it. The manager said, “well, did you hear what the response was.” Really? He followed it up with I was the first person to ask about this at 6:00PM. Yeah, okay.
UPDATE: Funny how I’m told to email them my concerns, but then I never hear back!

I always enjoy the fish sandwich with fries and cheese sauce for dipping the fries! Then I get my pints of chocolate and vanilla custard from this location only and fresh! This location off Harrison has the absolute best vanilla custard!!! I’ve tried other locations and Harrison has the most amazing vanilla custard!!! The chocolate is fantastic too!!! Cheese curds and onion rings are great and love the butter burgers Service is fantastic and staff is very nice! Drive through is very quick but remember you usually have a short wait because everything is made fresh for your order!!!!
