I hate to leave a bad review but this was the second time they were rude. First time my medicine Ball tea tasted like water and tea only and asked if they forgot an ingredient. She said no, your taste is bad because I did it right. NO let me add a pump of honey or lemon just you are wrong and I threw it away. Today me and my daughter were going in to get drink at 7:45pm and asked to use restroom first. She asked where they were and was told you have to buy something to use them I walked in after her gave her my wallet and pulled out cash said she will order the drinks where’s the bathroom. NOW she said they were closed and manager would have to approve it. Manager said not enough time to clean it after you use so its closed. She then said the store across the street has bathrooms and you don’t have to buy anything. I had cash and like 8 cards in my wallet it was never not buying because that is why we went there but since I had to go bathroom and they were rude I left disappointed. Now I was still in work uniform and my daughter was in hoodie and sweatpants. Hopefully they are not prejudice against working individuals but sure seams they need some customer service training.

EVERY DAY I place a mobile order here, they tell me “please give up 12 minutes before you come to get your order” when I arrive.
Yet, I place my order well before I even get close to picking up my order. My app tells me it’s been ready for pick up before I arrive here.
I told them “you guys tell me this every single day. I place my order well before I arrive”
They charge $1.25 for extra cold foam and this is what I’m given today.
The girl with blue hair that gave me my order doesn’t even speak to me when handing me my drink & gives me a nasty look.
I told her “thank you” and she said nothing looking at me disgustingly.
Fix your WiFi or just stop complaining when people place mobile orders. If it’s such a big deal over “12 minutes” stop accepting mobile orders, especially if the app says it’s ready well before someone arrives. It’s not that serious, if you don’t like your job that’s your problem for choosing to work at Starbucks.

I did a Uber eats pick up and the customer wanted something difficult done. The barista Morgan went above and beyond to make that customers day. I’m glad I could be the middle man to Pass the information on so that Morgan could make the customer happy

This visit changed my rating from 5 to 2. I usually visit this location in the morning and today , I made the mistake of coming in the evening. The girl who was working the drive through (04/04/2025) was pouty from the moment we pulled up. We made a mobile order. There were 3 people in line when we came. We got to the speaker to order and I told her about my mobile order. Annoyed sounding “We just got that 5 minutes ago. Give us time next time.” The app estimated the wait time as 4-7 minutes. We proceeded to wait an additional 15 minutes for the three cars ahead of us to pull through. We arrive to the drive through window. No greeting. No smile.

At least if the drink had been delicious, it would’ve made the lack of customer service more palatable. My iced green tea matcha tasted like iced milk.

Stick with the morning crew. By the time evening comes around, they don’t want to be there to serve you or make a worthwhile drink.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon, completely understandable when it’s busy and usually I’m very patience but ridiculous waiting over half an hour, when I noticed people getting their drinks that came in after me it’s when I went up to staff to inform them, right away they gave me an attitude stating someone else had taken my drinks and it wasn’t their fault which wasn’t true because I was very attentive at all the drinks coming out, But anyways the point was the rudeness. When I spoke to the third person who was also rude and stated I just got here with out any intention of taking care of the situation, “Never coming here again”

I was really disappointed with this location. I specifically stopped in hoping to buy a Las Vegas Discovery mug. The drive-through line was extremely long, and the lobby was closed. I managed to get an employee’s attention and asked politely if they could check whether they had the Las Vegas or Nevada mug (I could clearly see one inside). The employee was standing just a few feet away from it but flatly told me the lobby was closed and I had to go through the drive-through. When I asked again, they responded with attitude and refused to help.

It came across as both lazy and rude — especially when such a simple request could have been handled in seconds. Very poor customer service and not at all what I expected.

I’ve been here so many times thinking maybe things would be different or maybe the people working had a bad day…. So in other words I’ve given so many damn chances to these people…. I’ve been judged and looked down at since the second I walked into this Starbucks. Do they not realize it’s illegal to profile customers?! I’ve spend over $15 each time I’ve come back and to top it off I’m never rude or disrespectful…. Yet every employee who helps me is nasty towards me… I even got told over the phone if I came in I could get a remake of the order I got the day before that wasn’t at all what I ordered, but when I came into the store with proof of purchase I was told too bad so sad because she couldn’t find my name in her system when I showed her the date and time and name of my order on a receipt so not finding me in her system should have been impossible. Also they refused to sever us waters when it’s over 100 degrees outside. I can’t stand how degraded and disgusting these employees have made me feel…. They should all be fired. Oh also multiple items they told me they didn’t have… Like no toffee nut which I found out was at all locations so that’s okay, but next was no butterscotch and finally today got told they couldn’t make a chia tea frappe when I just got one the other day that I was here

Thought I would be the only one thinking this but after reading the comments I am not exaggerating, these employees have the worst attitude no matter how nice you are. They cut you off when you talk and rush you so they can hurry and continue talking to eachother. I always regret coming to this location. Edit: they literally got my drink wrong !!! She was so quick to interrupt and say what I was trying to say she put the wrong thing in .

Be sure to tip in the app when ordering ahead! You must tip for them pouring a cup of black coffee or your order will sit there uncovered and behind the counter only for you to have to ask for it while they look at you in disgust. Very entitled group in the AM. Steer clear!
